For those of you not from the Bible belt-- a flat tire in Dalton GA on Sunday morning is a PROBLEM! Found this place and they were open. Next PROBLEM- my car has "run flat" tires, meaning no spare tire. You can't drive 5 more hours on a tire with only 22 pounds of pressure- loud hissing of air after filling. Every time I have replaced a tire, the big tire discount store had to order, not a common type Anyway, they were so kind and understanding. They fashioned a hard plastic plug for the hole in the tire then patched- he said he knew I needed this fixed so I could make my appointment. 1 hour and $35 later- back on the road. BTW- beautiful, huge clean bathroom with plenty of soap, paper towels, TP. Marble tiled floor. Gigantic 3 screen TV. Comfortable (kind of) seats. Awesome place. I can't figure out why bad reviews. Wish I could give higher than 5 star review!

A refund was offered and I agreed. I went to another tire store and ordered the same tires, and they called in 24 hours to tell me they were in. A total of 26 hours after ordering I was back at home with the new tires on my truck. I have been waiting for over two weeks for my refund. Helton doesn't seem to be interested in processing the refund. I will never do business with these con artists again. This is now the fifth week of this ordeal. It looks like I may have to take it to an attorney to get my money back. This ridiculous. Avoid this sham of a tire store! Caveat Emptor.

I had searched online before coming and had my choices down to 2-3 tires. After meeting with Freddy and asking him for suggestions he recommended 2 of the tires I was looking at. I ended up picking the Pirelli Scorpion AS 3 for the Toyota Highlander. The tires look and feel great. The check the alignment and corrected it and installed the tires. The SUV feels like a different vehicle. now. The wet traction is very good and it's super quiet and smooth. They balanced them perfectly. I feel good knowing that Freddy, Chris and the others here will take good care of me for a long time with these new Pirellis. Great job !!

Great business. They wont take advantage of you. I went to a place to get my car serviced. We'll call that place Walmart.....because that's its name...anywho, they told me I needed 4 new tires asap and a 4 wheel alignment and wanted to charge me for it. I then went to Tire discounters and told them the same info and they could have very well told me that I did need tires and sold me tires and I would have bought them...BUT they did NOT. They were very honest and truthful and did not try to sell stuff I didn't need. All I needed was a balancing on my tires. Over all, FANTASTIC customer service. Great company! read more

Do not take your vehicle here! The do not know what they are doing. The mechanics are a bunch of grease monkeys. They will mess something up on your car and not tell you!! Then they will half-ass fix it or charge you for their mistake! Or tell you that only your dealer can do it! Which is not true. They just don't want to fess up to poor mechanics, unprofessional, dishonest, jerks. read more

I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star

I had them check on my Blower Motor after I had gone to MAXI Auto who charged me way too much for a diagnostic that didn't even sound right. Jonge? I believe his name was, was VERY helpful and so nice, after explaining everything to him he offered to look at it right away and gave me his second opinion which sounded a lot more plausible than what MAXI said. I asked them that if I bought the part would they put it on and they said yes. MAXI wanted $170 for the part I found online for $50... the estimate for labor and parts (and filters they wanted to add on that I didn't even need) was almost $400...yeah MAXI is a rip off anytime I need anything else I'll be coming here.
