I've purchased tires from Reece's before, but it had been a long time ago. I needed new tires before heading out on a long trip, so I got there before 8:00 on a Friday morning. They say they open at 8, I got there at 7:45, and they were already swamped! I was waited on as soon as I parked, and was asked what I needed, took my keys and I headed for the waiting room. A set of tires (which was very reasonably priced) also turned into replacing tie rods and arms (?), a front end alignment, and a couple of other things. I finally left out of there close to 12:00! Not really complaining, just turned out to be more than I expected, and seemed to take forever. Actually, I was grateful they repaired it before I headed out on my trip. The mechanic was very nice and came in several times to let me know what he was doing, how much it would cost and if I wanted him to proceed. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, talked to me to where I understood what he needed to do and why, and he was also very nice and polite. When Gary put the wrong tires on My truck He Blamed Me for not telling him the size that Morning I told him I ordered the right size .So after for Days and Several trips they delivered the fourth tire to my house that I paid them to install already.knock yourself out !!! read more

Just went to reece's for front tires for my car. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. They promptly took my request and got my car in as quick as they could a they were busy and I arrived late morning. They finished my car, I paid the bill, which was surprisingly low. Great people despite the phone is always busy with all the business they do you would think they would have multiple lines.

Called Reece's for a quote on a new set of tires for my Honda. They suggested a new set of Toyo tires that had a 75k warranty. We agreed on a price with an alignment and I was told that if I came in right away, they could get me out quickly since they were virtually clear of any cars currently being worked on. When I arrived, they were completely slammed and then told me I would be out in an hour. Well, 3 hours later, I was still waiting and getting a bit put off since virtually every person that was having tires put on both before AND after I arrived had come and gone. I actually had to go and stand behind my car to get their mechanic to even work on the vehicle, and later even had to speak to the manager simply to have them mount the tires. Noticed that locals just walked right in and were immediately serviced regardless of who's vehicle was currently being worked on. I will not be back. Place is a joke for service provided. No tire is cheap enough when you compare their prices to overcome losing so much time to good old boys. read more

BEWARE! I got a quote on a new set of Cooper tires and I had my mother take my vehicle down while I was working. Drove over an hour away(one-way) to have them put on a random cheapo tire(Capitol Sport) that were not Coopers. My father-in-law took it back to them a couple days later(another one hour drive one-way) and the guy that was assumed to be the boss, told him they were Coopers and would not fix them. Now the tires make the worlds worst noise and we are stuck with them. Never again. read more

I took my car down to get the rotor fixed on a Saturday. 2 hours later my car is fixed. The next day the front wheel starts to make a clicking sound. My husband looks at it and the "clips" are not put on correctly. I take it back to them on Tuesday and they tell us to bring it back the next day that they will have to order the parts. We take it back on Thursday and they tell us that they have received the wrong part and to bring it back the next day. We went on vacation that Thursday so we couldn't bring it back till Monday (today). I call them to make sure they have the right part in and he tells me they will have the part after 1:00. Hopefully this will be the day! read more
