I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star

This was an expensive lesson for me, but maybe you can learn from my mistake. They will fix something that is not broken (even when I told them it wasn't the problem). When you tell them that the car still has problems, then they will charge you again. Also, the fee to diagnose the problem will not be refunded even though their diagnosis was wrong (just like I told them before they started fixing something that wasn't broken). They convinced me to let them work on it by sayin "... we have been working on cars for nearly 30 years! We know what it will take to fix the car!" I thought I must have been mistaken, and that they would make it right, but turns out I was right, and the only mistake was trusting this incompetent dishonest duo. Being able to turn a wrench might make them mechanics, but it doesn't make them good business owner's, nor does it make them honest.

I have used this location several times for repairs but this time I came for a full set of tires…read more My wife's car came with very low quality Goodyear tires and after suffering with them for 2 years we decided it was time to replace them. I had searched online before coming and had my choices down to 2-3 tires. After meeting with Freddy and asking him for suggestions he recommended 2 of the tires I was looking at. I ended up picking the Pirelli Scorpion AS 3 for the Toyota Highlander. The tires look and feel great. The check the alignment and corrected it and installed the tires. The SUV feels like a different vehicle. now. The wet traction is very good and it's super quiet and smooth. They balanced them perfectly. I feel good knowing that Freddy, Chris and the others here will take good care of me for a long time with these new Pirellis. Great job !!
