We stumbled upon this place after we found that the tapas bar we were planning to go to was permanently closed. We were a little wary because it was around 8:30 pm on a Wednesday and there were only two other couples eating there. But we were staaaarving after a long day of traveling and we're ready to eat just about anything. We ended up being pleasantly surprised (and confused about why there weren't more people eating there). We had pan con tomate, mussels, prawns flambéed in brandy, and a huge plate of jamón, as well as a bottle of cava. This ended up being a huge, slightly embarrassing amount of food for two people, but we demolished it. It was all delicious. All of the restaurant staff were extremely nice and attentive, and we were even given a complementary digestif after dinner. Our total for dinner and drinks was about €75; this meal easily would have cost twice as much in our small US city. I hope more people check this place out and enjoy their delicious food! read more
