We arrived to pick up our food and saw that Aliyah's is a humble shop located in the back of a convenience store. There are a few tables in a covered area. This is not a full service restaurant. If you want to dine in, you order at the counter and find a place to sit down. The lady employee was really nice and our food was hot and ready when we arrived. I asked for both the red and green sauce and they were both great, but just want to warn you that the red sauce is SPICY! I love spicy but this caught me by surprise. We got the chicken burrito, carnitas burrito, and chicken quesadilla. The burritos were pretty hefty in size and the quesadilla portion was big too! I had the Governator, which was crisp corn tortilla, smothered in melted cheese, and then sautéed shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and a green sauce. I don't think I've ever inhaled anything so fast. I had an Al Pastor Sopes, a thick, round corn dough (masa) topped with cabbage, sour cream, cotija cheese, red salsa and green salsa. The beans complimented the pork and charred pineapple perfectly.
