I waited about 5-7 minutes and took another bite. They were rubbery and, as hard as it is to believe, they both tasted the same. The steamed dumplings were better, but not by much. When I got back to the office, there were cookies, potato chips, bread and lots of utensils. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. This could've gone horribly wrong but because this young man takes pride in his job and in providing great customer service, it was a positive experience.
