YES! 2 weeks, 2 great pizza places!! I was more than pleasantly surprised by this place. I saw reviews, and claims of "best pizza", so I had to check it out. Friendly people, mix of people there, all ages. I am picky about food and always looking for great pizza. THE FOOD: Veggie quesadilla.. really great app. Fresh spinach, great bite, wheat tortilla.. Sour creme, salsa, and ranch side dips were great. And COMBINATION  |  $13.99  |  $19.99 Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, and  Black Olive. THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS.. Crust..yes Sauce..yes Meats...great flavor Cheese.. of course, tasty Veg..yes.. My sister had lasagne..which looked rich and fantastic.. and she concurs. Neighborhood place, great people, great food.. YES

Con: DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL! No juice for kids. **I believe the owner is a church member** Today was my 2nd time coming here & my toddler loves it! Kids menu with lots of colors! She loves booths, they give her lemonade (because they do not have juice) The food both time were FANTASTIC & affordable. This restaurant is between smoothie king & dollar tree. VERY SMART! Because I'm addicted to the dollar tree start off with a snack from smoothie king, shop at dollar tree & finish with a meal here! Anyways. Today we went for lunch instead of dinner, so we got the lunch special: wrap or sub with soup of the day. I forgot to picture the shrimp & corn bisque but it was DELICIOUS The appetizer was ordered for the toddler because the last time she wasn't interested in the kids quesadilla (not the restaurant fault, toddler was being picky & doesn't like cheese) she loved it! Not a fan of the red onions but loved the chicken & bbq sauce. I gave 4/5 stars due to the lack of drink options. But food is great.

It's been a long time since I've been here, probably because I've moved away from the Westbank. Was close by and decided on italian with the wifey. Same neutral atmosphere with new benches instead of tables and chairs (they're prob not new since I haven't been here in a while, lol).. got the spinach and artichoke dip to start off with which was nicely prepared with plenty of bread to dip. They're not skimpy with their servings like other restaurants, that's for sure. Wife got the shrimp carnival and I got the jambalaya pasta and quite honestly, they both tasted the same. There was no distinct flavor to differentiate the plates other than one having shrimp and the other having chicken as well as being under seasoned. Another con about our dish is that our pasta sauce was very loose and runny. It wasn't thick like coating onto the pasta. Kind of just dripped off like water.. The best thing about the dishes is that they came out steaming hot which we had no complaints on service throughout.. Our server did a good job.. Since we agreed that our dishes tasted the same, we combined them together to reheat once at home.. Our sauce turned into a cup full of butter which was probably more since we ate a portion of it already. We could not eat it afterwards since it literally looked like the pasta and meats looked like it was submerged in melted butter.. We did however, poured out the butter and picked on the shrimp and sausages so we won't feel as bad wasting it.. our dining experience wasn't bad.. We were just not impressed with the pasta dishes.. im sure the pizza is a lot better though.. Overall, 4 stars for the service, 3 for the food..

So when I ordered the chicken Alfredo the first time they served it with the chicken basically with no seasoning , the waitress from the next's time I went recommended to get the chicken blackened and it made the pasta waaay better

I love the service, atmosphere, and food here. Every time we come we are welcomed in and quickly seated with a drink. The food is always great and I love recommending this place to family and friends.

Best salads ever! Lettuce was so fresh & crispy. Chicken wasn't dry & bacon was real bacon. So delicious.

Great hole in the wall dive that has perfected the blend of Cajun and Italian cuisines. The prices run higher than average but the portion sizes are much above average. Two pasta dishes, a spinach and artichoke dip and a side salad was $55. Spinach and Artichoke: 5/5 absolutely fantastic dip with more than enough bread to eat with the dip Side Salad: 0/5 Once we got home, I noticed it was not in the bag after asking specifically if it was there Seafood Trio Pasta: 6/5 One of the best seafood pastas I've ever eaten. Huge piece of blackened Redfish, copious amounts of shrimp and crawfish in a huge container of pasta with a cream and tomato sauce with cheese. What more can you ask for other than a refill? Lol Cajun Trio Pasta: 4/5 decent amount of protein, roasted garlic sauce was good. Just not over the top to give it that full five star rating Overall it seems like a really good dive to check out, just be ready to bring a heavy wallet.

A Perfect "Old-School Meets NOLA" Date Night…read more If you are looking for a true "date night" atmosphere where you aren't treated like just another table number, Vincent's Italian Cuisine is a gem. Having grown up eating in New York's Italian stalwarts and traveling through Italy, I'm often skeptical, but Vincent's manages to strike a beautiful balance. It captures that authentic, old school Sicilian vibe without ever feeling tacky, all while maintaining a distinct Southern charm and New Orleans flavor. The Ambiance & Service The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for!! It was intimate, welcoming, and intentional. A huge part of that experience was our waiter, Greg. He was incredibly hospitable and kind, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. The Food The food quality overall was excellent. We ordered: The Pork Chop: This was the absolute star of the night. I would order this again in a heartbeat. It was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Crab and Shrimp Linguine: The seafood was fresh and the linguine is clearly homemade. Wine Selection: They have a lovely wine list that paired beautifully with the meal. A Note on Texture & Coffee My only critique for the kitchen would be the pasta texture. As someone who prefers a firm bite, the pasta here leans much softer. While homemade pasta is softer, the penne was a little too soft for my liking. We specifically requested our side of penne be prepared al dente, but it still arrived quite soft. If you are a die hard fan of firm pasta, just be aware of the house style. I did not mind it much once it did come because everything else was perfection. We finished the night with a slice of chocolate cake, which was delicious. However, the coffee was a bit of a letdown. It felt a little watered down and could definitely be stronger to match the richness of the dessert. Final Verdict Despite the softer pasta and the mild coffee, I will absolutely be returning to Vincent's. The hospitality and the quality of the main courses make it a standout. I'm already looking forward to trying more of the menu! The hostess was also a real gem and so warm. THANK YOU!

That's clearly communicated when you're greeted, so naturally it sets the expectation for shareable portions. We started with the ricotta and meatballs. Overall, portions felt on the smaller side, but the ricotta, especially at $18, was honestly a bit shocking in size. When we asked about it, a server jokingly said "inflation." I get it, but still. The two guys I dined with come here often and were actually the ones pointing out that portions have seemed to shrink. For mains, we each ordered a pasta. One was a server recommended agnolotti with crab, corn, and roe. It was decent, but the broth felt a bit too loose and could've used more depth and richness. That said, the crab portion was generous, the pesto was great, and the red sauce pasta was solid. We also ordered two pizzas, hands down the highlight of the meal. Easily the best thing we had. One small but off putting detail, the red pepper flakes were served in an open jar rather than a shaker. It made me question how many hands had been in it, especially since it appeared to have been reused from another table. Not the most sanitary presentation. Dessert was a strong finish. Panna cotta, tiramisu, and olive oil cake were all fresh and delicious. Drinks included a cocktail for me and beers plus an espresso martini for the table, all fine. Service wise, things started okay but felt rushed toward the end. We even mentioned we were still picking at food and what seemed to be a manager still cleared plates from the table. The tables themselves are also very small, which doesn't help when you're doing family style dining. Our server appeared to be training someone but never introduced them, which made things feel a bit awkward. Also, when resetting silverware, it felt rushed and a little careless, almost tossed onto the table rather than placed. Overall, the experience was good but not great. The food had its highlights, but portion sizes versus price and some service missteps held it back. 6/10, and honestly it reminded me why I hadn't felt the urge to come back before.
