This place has no concept of customer service. The person in the front wanted us to use the kiosk. Elderly people have problems using the kiosk it is too complicated for them, they should understand that and be more flexible and be ready to assist. When placing order, the cashier was unfriendly, his demeanor and facial expression made the transaction uncomfortable as if we were bothering him. I've encountered "Sug" at the window twice now and both times they answer the window without a word, just looking at you. It's the weirdest transaction and makes you feel like something might be wrong with the food then too. My burrito had charred bits all over it and even more inside.
