The store seemed pretty busy with a whole line of cars in the drive through so I went inside and there still seemed to be a lot of people inside too. Still though it was pretty quick for me to get my order and it tasted good to me. Simple tostada is definitely the right way to go. Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. I live within walking distance of this restaurant, and nearly every visit has involved some type of issue -- either my order is prepared incorrectly or the shake machine is unavailable. Most notably, the shake machine has reportedly been "down" during my last three consecutive visits, which has become increasingly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that In-N-Out has built such a strong reputation for excellent service, attentive staff, and operational consistency. Sadly, this location has not reflected those standards in my experience. And I hate to say this but, its the demographics of this location. I say this eith the upmost respect but its TRUE. At this point, I have chosen to drive approximately 30 minutes to the Menifee location instead, simply because I no longer feel confident visiting this one. I truly hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the reliability and overall experience at this location.
