This is the first time I've ever written a review for a Chick-fil-A. I felt compelled because Travis was just so nice and helpful. We stopped by because we had to charge our car at the Tesla superchargers, and figured we'd stop for a snack. My 10-year old ordered the kids meal and Travis must have heard us talking about the icedream cone because he told her if she didn't want the toy (geared more towards younger kids) she can swap out the toy for a cone. He offered to make the cone for her while the food was being prepared. Minutes later he brought it out to us where we were waiting. For her nuggets he offered and gave us multiple sauces. The food was decent but Travis's customer service really stood out. He was friendly and helpful. A cheerful demeanor and smile can go a long way in customer retention! read more

Good sauces decent fries, a bit too mushy I recommend a milkshakes and sauces from here then getting Raising Canes because their chicken fries cole slaw and bread is almost always good because chic fil a is way to overpriced and does not give you that much protein. read more

The absolute worst Chick fil a I've ever been too. Shockingly bad. From the lack of service to the quality of food to the dirty restaurant. Chick fil a has set a standard that this location has none of. Ordered through the drive thru, asked to pull up front so we did. After about 10 min I went in to find 9 employees all standing around laughing and chatting like they were at a social event. Delivery drivers were just waiting around while they chatted. It took another 10 minutes and when we got our meal our sauces were missing and the fries were so old and cold we couldn't even eat one. We both spit them out. We'll never come to this location again. PS, the manager was chilling and lounging with her crew. It was so bad I was almost laughing. read more

They didn't have tray of minis i ordered before from previous locations but not this one. Our adult transition program has been visiting this location for the last few weeks and we are grateful to the staff for making us feel welcome. We allow our students to make their own orders and pay (to the best of their abilities) for their food and the staff has been patient and kind to us. First, This chick-fil-a deserves a 0 star. The customer service from all the staff was horrible. All the female workers that I was greeted by were rude, not having good communication skills ( they werelooking away while I was talking, no eye contact, crossing arms, rolling there eyes, giving attitude if you ask a question) Don't even have the audacity to say Have a nice day after ordering, or picking up the food. The girl in the driver through, was very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, very upset, and not even helpful asking if we wanted to make our order a meal, or any sauce for the order. I had a horrible experience with drive thru. The order takers were laughing and talking and ignored our car. We pull up to the speaker then when we looked she went and took the order for the car behind us, I got out of the car and asked her to take our order, when she got to my car I said you just ignored us and she stated " what do you expect you had your window up"!!! Usually, chick-fil-a sets itself apart amongst the many fast foods options out there. The employees are always eager to greet a customer and go out of their way to make sure patrons are having a good time. But not here. This is the first that we experience a bad experience at this chain. Workers had a minimal attitude to get by. They answered my questions with a facial attitude and a huh? Not an excuse me or pardon me. The girl that took our order were probably in high school, we saw her parents picked her up after her shift. This is not unusual or weird but when you staff such workers who could care less.. makes a difference. It feels like there was no training and no standards here. The booths are pretty dirty and restroom maintenance was minimal. The whole store screams bare minimum gets the job done. We don't recommend going here. At least we won't be coming back to get food here. Still a wonder why this place got 2 stars on yelp. The food was gross. The waffle fries were soggy and undercooked. Disgusting. read more

This is by far the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. At first it was the closest one to Menifee and I would give them several chances but they always fail me. It doesn't matter what time of day, drive thru or dine in, their fries are always grossly undercooked and cold. Chicken nuggets and sandwiches always end up lukewarm and have those nasty little chewy pieces in them. They're definitely not up to standard with other chick fil a locations I've been to throughout LA and the IE. We dined in on a Saturday morning at 9am. Cashier was friendly. We sat at a table next to where the owner (I assume) was conducting interviews. The food was delicious like always, their sauces are amazing! The owner was very friendly to every staff member that would walk past him. My family noticed and enjoyed seeing that!
