Mind you I had not placed an order yet so her memory was not refreshed by an order where it shows the customers name. She very sweetly while multitasking during the commotion and loudness of lunch rush she so very sweetly said " Hi Breeana" To some people thats not a big deal to me I found it to be an extremely sweet gesture of kindness. I cant imagine the hundreds of people she sees on a weekly basis but she knew my name and addressed me as such.
