Quesadillas??????
Linda H.

After seeing many raving reviews on social media for this place in our city we tried it. It was quite possibly the worst Mexican food we've ever had. The portions were small, the prices were high and no chips or salsa unless you buy. I ordered the quesadilla meal (14.00) with one chicken & one shrimp. It was not a quesadilla it was 2 flour tortilla tacos. The shrimp was cut into chunks and was MAYBE 2 normal shrimp. The chicken was sparse also. They were both very bland with little lettuce or sour cream My husband had chicken fajitas (14.75). The chicken was orange, there were strips of red bell pepper, the same of green and very little onions. It was clean, there were no servers you ordered at the counter. DEFINATELY no return trip and we're still trying to figure out why people think it's so good. Taco bell is better flavored than this was and that says everything you need to know.

Taco dinner with al pastor, asada, and chicken tacos. Chips and salsa.

The best tacos in the area. The beans and rice were also exceptional. Friendly staff and attentive service.

Corn in a cup !!!!

A hidden gem amongst many !! Come stop in and see the famous Corn In A Cup sign!!! Ive been supporting this small family owned shop for a little over a year and I have nothing but good to say. The tacos? Amazing and authentic. The torta? Filling and full of freshness. Guac and chips ? Fresh chips indisputably the best ive had in town. Nothing but honest good family cooking where the service never has dropped the ball.

Fresh and delicious Guacamole and flour chips, yum!

Wanted to try this restaurant and it did not disappoint!! A small place with booths, clean and well maintained and organized. Walk in and take a menu and grab a booth and decide what you want and walk up to the counter and order your food and pay and they do the rest. Food delivered to your table with silverware and napkins, ask and they will bring you hot and mild green salsa in a squirt bottle. Ordered guacamole and freshly made flour chips, it was fresh and darn tasty and a generous portion at that! Hub ordered pork Tacos and I ordered beef Tacos, they came with beans and rice. We both opted the Tacos with onions and cilantro, all very good, hot, made to order, we were very pleased and will definitely come back. Our bill was the going rate these days for good food. They have picnic tables outside to dine and large parking lot. Employees were all very nice and polite. Try this place for real and traditional Mexican food. Debbie/Mi

Chips and salsa

Chips and Salsa were incredible! Sauces for food were also very good. I liked my tacos but rice and beans were just OK. Overall it was a nice little Mexican joint. Not the best I've ever had but probably the most authentic around here. Don't judge it by the ambiance.

Friendly staff. Excellent food. We ordered 4 al pastor tacos, 2 on flour. The food was delivered fast and was delicious. Would recommend!

Came here and the food was really good. Interiors was small, but nice. The women running the place were nice. My taquerias were really good and so was the burrito.

Probably one of the best Steak Tortas we've had. Good food and service, were able to cater to our toddler too.

Small dining area. Nothing fancy. Solid food. Chips and salsa were tasty. They were a thicker tortilla chip. I would go again.

Warning! These are addictive. They are tiny tacos so make sure to get at least 3. The mom's ground…read morebeef was my favorite of the 3 but all were enjoyable. Fresh, good spices, and perfect tortillas. The sauces were also very good. Loved the tomatillo.

Excellent fast casual joint in downtown Saugatuck serving up a small but mighty menu of tacos,…read morenachos, empanadas, and a few entrees. We kicked things off with an order of the corn queso and chips and I picked three tacos for my meal. There's a lot of seafood options here and 2 out of my 3 choices fell in that category--coconut shrimp, fish and chips, and fajita steak. Of the three my favorite was actually the steak (though I'd call it more of a short rib maybe?) though all three were great. The coconut shrimp had a bit more of a kick to it than I was expecting but it was still excellent. I also LOVED the corn queso and definitely ate more than my fair share. They've got a few beer options, cocktails, beer, and a couple of NA options outside of soda including a delicious lavender lemonade and a watermelon lime slushie. I'm not the biggest fan of watermelon but it sounded refreshing so I went with that as my beverage and it was really, really, good. If you're ready to party you can add a shot of liquor to it to give it a little more sauce. Ordering is fairly straightforward. Order all your food and drinks at the counter, wait for your drinks, then grab a seat and wait for your food which they'll bring out to you. FYI the indoor seating is currently not air-conditioned so keep that in mind when you grab a seat if it's hot out. And DEFINITELY keep it in mind when the tip screen comes up at the register. They have a note saying tips are optional as they pay the staff accordingly but it was in the 90s when we were here and I can't imagine how hard it was working through that. So we definitely left a few bucks as a thank you.
