Great place to pick up a burrito on your way home. They make the food really fast and it's a great value; even my perpetually-hungry boyfriend was happy with the size of the burritos. I ordered a different take on the Hot Cheetos Nachos. The young lady at the counter (whose name I did not catch, sorry. She was blonde if that helps) informed me that I could sub the hot Cheetos for any chips in front of the counter area at no extra charge. I ended up picking the salsa Verde Doritos. My Doritos had cheese sauce put on top of them along with real cheddar cheese, rice, pinto beans, cilantro, yellow peppers, onions, sour cream, hot sauce and green sauce. The young cashier who said she was a vegetarian just like me offered me the rice and beans at no extra charge since I didn't pick a meat option to go with my meal, that was really nice of her. The food was delicious. I didn't think Doritos could become the main part of a dish but I have been proven wrong. This place has an interesting take on Mexican food. I love it. I will be coming back in the future. Note to whoever is thinking about parking in the parking garage. Make sure you go straight to the back wall on the first level and park in the area that says retail parking. This is a new location for El Paisano. It also sits around the corner, hidden in a little convenience store. The new spot has AC and tables with the same good food. Their local claim to fame is oversized burritos and chimichangas. Rice and beans seem to come with everything and toppings are free. Bring a friend, they are huge. read more

As my burrito was being wonderfully out together my mouth was watering non stop. My burrito could be the size of a newborn premature baby. When I opened the bitch up and took my very first bite it was like the burrito was sent from heaven itself. My tastebuds could taste every flavor and taking bite after bite it felt the same each time. Mohammed is always ready with a "how's your day going brother?" and is so helpful when I wanna try new things from their menu. The menu itself is super easy to order from, and they offer so many customization options. The food is fresh, the place is clean and organized, and the employees are incredibly friendly and kind. Their love for their establishment is evident, as is their pride for how hard they work to make this a great place for all. By far the best burrito I've had in years. I came in with friends who raved about this place and I can see why! The interior is very well kept and tidy and the gentlemen who helped us and made the food was very friendly. The burrito I ordered was the California burrito and it was insanely filled. I mean this thing must of been a solid 3-4 lbs of food. I had steak with mine and it was all freshly made right in front of me and their setup is similar to a Chipotle go down the line and add in what you want. All their ingredients were very fresh and they even cut up fresh avocado for you to add on. They have freshly made Spanish rice that adds a nice flavorful kick to the burritos as well. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get and They have a wide variety of other burritos and foods. My only complaint is that I couldn't finish my burrito!
