Restaurant was nice, clean. Staff was knowledgeable. Food was good. I asked for chips and salsa and I got chips and told the salsa was around the way. Only small shallow plastic cups to put it in. My daughter was not pleased with the sauce on the Carne Asada tacos. Not bad.

Stopped here for a late lunch during the week and it was great! Quick service, clean restaurant, and tasty food!

Ordered the 5 rolled tacos, shredded beef. They came out freshly cooked so I enjoyed how crispy they were fresh out of the fryer! The cheese melted on top to perfection. Cashier was helpful in local fave recommendation.

Disgusting "chicken" tacos. Went straight in the trash

Food is disgusting!! Apparently I mistakenly ordered chicken tacos for delivery. Blegh!! Tastes, smells and looks like rotten Tuna Fish. Ordered flan. Also gross. It's like they poured maple syrup over a small thin custard. Even the horchata tastes like it comes from a box. Order somewhere else!

Excellent! Delicious! Clean! Great Service! The tortillas and meat were nice and hot; had to wait a second to let them cool which is great because I love a hot meal!! Delicious tortillas. It's like corn and flour tortillas has a perfect baby. Flavorful Tender Meat Clean Store Fresh Limes Great Prices I got two Marinated Pork Tacos for under $5 on Tuesday. They were the perfect amount of flavor and spice and quantity of food. Comes with some chips to help clean up your plate at the end. One of the best taco spots in Phoenix! Oh! Also they label their salsa so you know if it's mild, medium, or spicy! This is the first taco place I've seen do that! Love their attention to detail.

Great food and a lot of it for the money. They are very friendly and the restaurant is clean. Fully stocked salsa bar is a plus, worth dropping in

Before I post my review, I have to say my Door Dash delivery took about an hour, and our food was cold. I want to try it again, maybe dine in. I was especially excited that they had potato rolled tacos. However, the fact that they were cold made them not appetizing. I scraped off the sour cream and heated in the microwave for a minute. Still blah. The ends of the taco were hard and the middle too soft. The potatoes themselves had very little flavor. I was really disappointed. With taco in your name, you have to have good tacos. Hubby liked the carne asada burrito the tortilla looked authentic hand made. We ordered a side of beans and a side of rice to split. Great portions. We had plenty each. The churro made this review an extra star over what I would have given it. It had a yummy gooey sauce, pudding like texture in the middle. It was tasty even cold. I will give it another shot and come back and review again.

shrimp salad to-go

This is a nice, small shop with a great variety on their menu. Though the tacos looked excellent, I ordered a shrimp salad to-go. It was ready in about ten minutes. I was really impressed by the large size and the generosity of the toppings. They didn't skimp on cheese (yay!), the greens and avocado were delicious and fresh, and the shrimp were perfect. The dressing is kind of like ranch but had the texture and taste like Parmesan was mixed in, so I'm left wondering if it was made there; in any case, it was quite good. I'd come here again if I was in the area!

I have ordered takeout a few times and have been happy with the food. The street tacos are great, and the prices are very reasonable.

The bartenders are wonderful and super helpful with recommendations, which we always appreciate. Our go-to drink is the Pretty Frosé and it's a must! Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It's one of our favorite spots we keep coming back to.

The service was good, but not great, and the food was good, but not worth the money. We tried the Green Chili cornbread, and it was much sweeter than I expected, but it was good. The tacos were small 3" street tacos for $3 to $4. That's basically $1 per bite. I tried the chicken, beef, and carna asada. The chicken and beef had very good flavor with a hint of smoke, but the carna asada was dry and tasteless. I saw the food on the tablets next to us, and most of it looked like fairly small servings, except for a burrito one person had. It was huge, and looked good. The house Margaritas were served in a small rocks glass, and I didn't taste any triple sec, or much tequila either. The lime had a nasty taste to like they were old. For a $7 margarita it sucked, and they called that a special. If money is not a concern then maybe you'll like this place, but I wouldn't call it a good value at all. The flavors were good, but not at the price. They don't even give you free chips and salsa, and I saw the guacamole order next to us and it was a tiny serving for $11.

The parking lot outside was parking so we thought we may have to wait, but inside was not busy yet and we were seated immediately. I ordered the smoked chicken enchilada as I saw it was a Yelp favorite and it was delicious. I ended up taking half of it home since we all filled up on chips and salsa before our meal. This restaurant is decorated so cutely. I love how there is a Baja influence with all the surf boards but also southwest appeal. There is plenty of seating and tables for big groups. Even with other people yapping around us, the noise level was perfect to enjoy company. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything tasted amazing and was served fresh and in a timely manner. We will most certainly be back (and you should visit, too!)!

We went to here as they were one of the late night spots still open. *This along with a hibiscus drink (large) and a cola! We also use to love the sushi side. During Covid, we tried the sushi for the first time. We were hesitant as it's a Mexican joint, right? Not a Japanese specialty shop. So to my surprise, I couldn't believe the sushi especially the Las Vegas roll and their Nigiri cuts were pretty dang good. My disappointment seems to be this last year with the sushi just hasn't been the best or fresh tasting. The Las Vegas roll was always nice and warm but with an awesome cold center and fried to perfection and the sauce just right. Lately it's been the opposite. Super over fried were all you can taste is old burnt oil and it dried out and the sauce just bland and not helping at all. The other thing that bothers us is the lack of wasabi they give! If you're not going to give us full flavor, at least give more wasabi to help mask. I will say they give you plenty of soy sauce packets (just barely any wasabi).
