NI SE DONDE EMPENZAR ES LO MEJOR, LOVE THIS PLACE the service is amazing they were all so nice/welcoming and being attentive at all time and offering us other things on menu. The food was so hot, fresh and good! The birria consome was delicious they have so many other things in the menu including sonoran hot dogs this place is far from me but WORTH THE DRIVE. Very much authentic food El servicio es increíble, todos fueron muy amables/acogedores y atentos en todo momento y nos ofrecieron otras cosas en el menú. ¡La comida estaba tan caliente, fresca y buena! There were two young gentlemen that served me and my family. Both were very kind and attentive. We ordered a few different tacos plus a few quesabirras with the consome. The consome was so delicious that my family was pouring some on their tacos. I was happy that could just drink it too. Some consome's are too sour but this one was perfect. I appreciate that the restaurant was clean and played Spanish music. We'll be back.
Finally found authentic tacos in the city. We got the asada tacos and the panpachos and it was so good, a lot of people were here for lunch. Parking is limited but there is parking in a lot across the street. The people were very friendly and the food came out fast. I will definitely be back for these tacos
This is still the best place for tacos in the Guadalupe area, amazing food every time!! I have always only ordered take out, but this is the real deal for authentic Mexican food.
The asada and tripa I tasted were good and rich in flavor. The cabeza meat was a bit lacking in flavor for my taste. The asada was definitely my favorite. The one thing that was not to my liking was the menudo; I love menudo, and this one just wasn't it for me. Parrilla Los Picos is still the best for menudo hands down. The place is of decent size, and the music is at a good level where you can easily hold a conversation. The service was good. I feel I've always been treated well whenever I've come in, whether dining in or ordering takeout.

This is the spot! Welcomed at the door you have the option to have order take out or have a seat to order dine in. We ordered a torta, birria tacos, asada tacos, and the birria ramen. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The meat was tender, the tortillas were fresh, and the birria ramen was amazing. They have 3 different homemade fresh salsas to choose from (red,green,guacamole) Even their homemade agua frescas were refreshing and so good! (Horchata, Jamaica, and lemonade) If that's not your thing they also have a fountain drinks. If you order dine in, you go to the front once done eating to pay for the food. Highly recommend this place!
This seems like a bit of a dive restaurant, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some are bilingual, and some only speak Spanish. Many times, we are the only non-Hispanic people there, which I love. You know, the food is good and authentic. We haven't had anything here that we haven't enjoyed. By far, the best street tacos in town. They also have excellent cabeza tortas, as well as a variety of different meats for burritos and other dishes. We have been here many times, and I tried to go whenever I have the opportunity. It's a little off the beating path, but definitely worth a special trip to discover this gem.

We got a few different tacos but only managed to get a pic of two of them. We got their most popular Birria taco, second popular Mexicano (the asada that's in the photo), also a pastor, asada, manta and gobenador. We both agreed that we would come back for the birria only. Giving this spot a four only because the meat was pretty heavy so it didn't settle well for us.
Not bad, the food was okay, the staff was outstanding. I did go back for another round on the birria taco.
HANDS DOWN BEST QUESABIRRIA IN AZ. I've been going here for a couple years now, and obson has consistently been my favorite tacos in Arizona. The asada tacos are also amazing; they have that charcoal taste without being too smoky. Their salsas are all delicious as well. It isn't usually too busy so seating is never a problem for me, the service is fast, and the place is clean. I will keep coming back!
We were riding scooters to chipotle and we drove by this place and we smelled it and we instantly decided to eat here, best choice we ever made!!! Foood was so dang good as well as the service and everything was fresh!!! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!! You won't regret it. Tore that food up!!:D

Best hole in the wall restaurant for quesabirrias! They're open daily except Mondays - Tues-Thurs - 9am-9pm - Fri & Sat - 9am-10pm - Sun - 9am-8pm Parking was easy since the parking lot is pretty spacious and it isn't shared with too many other businesses. Service was so friendly and welcoming! Pricing was very reasonably priced and the portions are so generous. Inside was spacious and had plenty of seating. The Quesabirria ($3.99) was so delicious! It was stuffed with tender and juicy shredded beef! It was packed with flavor and the dipping sauce was so good! The taco was so cheesy and fresh! Definitely a must get! Horchata ($4.64) was good and refreshing. It had lots of cinnamon on the bottom so definitely needed a good stir prior to drinking. It was very sweet but definitely one of the better Horchatas I've had since it didn't taste artificial. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely return and recommend! read more

Such a great Mexican place! I would recommend this place extremely highly! Food: I got the chicken quesadilla which was probably the best flavored quesadilla I've had in a while. They give you bottles of source to use which I loved. We also got the quesabarilla which is beef based, so I didn't have any. But my friends review was 10/10 in terms of flavors Drinks: horchata was really sweet for me. But the drinks are substantial so I'd recommend getting 1 to share Service: good service! Ambience: no frills space! There is ample seating which was great! read more

What a disappointment. I was craving some carne asada fries. After searching through many places, I chose Taqueria Obson. I called in to order them on my way to work and requested that onion and cilantro be added. I arrived early, knowing those fries need to be eaten fresh, or at the very least open the container so they don't get soggy. Well, to my disappointment, there was not a single crispy fry in my dish. And it wasn't the kind of soggy that sat in a hot box. It was just never crisp, completely soggy, not even light brown in color. Like nearly white fries. And the carne asada looks more like ground taco meat and the onion/Cilantro wasn't added. All this to say it was a complete BUST!! I will never return to this place and don't recommend. read more

The first time I came here, they were closing for the day and told me to come back. It's been a couple months now & after a long day and craving sum tacos I decided to give this place another try. I After receiving my order and seeing the size of the tacos, I wasn't too happy. Tacos were both small and overly priced at roughly $4 each. The place had good reviews so my expectations high. Tacos had sum decent flavor, but it could have been much better for the price you pay. I really wanted to support small businesses, but this taco spot is not for me. It's a ONE and DONE. Only other place that I would recommend for street tacos at a decent price and with great taste would be Taco Boys. read more
My first time trying birria tacos, these were absolutely delicious! The tacos were cooked perfectly. Order them with the birria consommé, a rich and hearty beef broth to dip the tacos in. Horchata was also sweet and delicious. Service was great--you seat yourself and they take your orders at the table. Food came out in no time, with sides of onion, cilantro, radish, and cucumber. Salsas at the table. Ambiance was very casual, no frills. Just the kind of atmosphere you want to be shotgunning tacos in, if you ask me! read more

It was a pretty good place, but I really would only come back for the pastor and the consume for the quesabirria taco. And the cake. 1. Carne asada taco 3/5. Meat was kinda dry, not really as flavorful as I expected. 2. Tripas taco 3/5. It might have been better if it was crispier. I might consider asking them to get it more crispy next time. The flavor was decent though! 3. Quesabirria 4/5. Meat was pretty tender, pretty good flavor. And the consume was really good. 4. Pastor taco- 5/5. Meat was flavorful, tender. I ended up ordering two more then I was done with everything. 5. Chocolate cake 4/5. Good flavor, soft texture... but i don't think this slice was worth $7. Overall, I was pretty satisfied! I'd come back for the pastor tacos. And for $3 and a decent size? That works for me! read more
FYI, even though their menu on Yelp says they have menudo, they do not. However, as the youths say, their food "slaps," so I did not mind. I got: Birria (comes with tortilla) Asada, tripa, and cabeza tacos Lasting me for two meals. Delicious all-around. Ready in just a few minutes. The birria was so comforting and delicious. Tacos are solid. They are nothing mind-blowing, but they are good, and they come with onions, lime, sauce, and cucumbers on the side. Place is extremely casual, much like all the nearby businesses. Overall, an authentic winner in Guadalupe and I recommend. read more

Really good experience! First time in Guadalupe, AZ and was immediately transported to another country! Based on a recommendation from a coworker, kids and I tried the quesabirra tacos and some of the Vichy (consommé). Delicious! Being from the west side, we're used to myredtacos and their crunchy quesabirra tacos. They are closed until October so I'm glad I found this place! read more
Our family (and some friends) were in Tempe for a dance competition and our hungry dancers needed some quick food between sets ... TACOS to the rescue! This was my first visit and it was amazing!!! I ordered enough tacos to feed the troops and everyone absolutely raved about every variety...carne asada, pollo, al pastor--they were just great tacos. Not too spicy, but packed with flavor, and they came with a variety of sauces and veggies. This place is a can't miss! read more

So this review is way overdue!!! I had the best birria taco ever!!! We were just driving by ,, we noticed the people coming out were happy , we stoped to check it out , the smell of the food took us right in the door. It was over , we had to eat. The birria taco was to die for !!! With the juice , dip the taco.... Check it out!!! The people the food the service excellent!!!!! read more
My sister and I stopped by here after arriving to AZ and needed to eat asap. I've never had Mexican food before in AZ and decided why not give it a try. There's parking in front of the spot and coming inside, they have a lot of seating on the left side for big groups and more seating on the right side if needed. The girl in the front gave us a menu to look at so we didn't have to worry about trying to see the one on the wall. I ordered 2 quesabirria tacos and one al pastor. My sister got a mulita. I thought the al pastor was fine, a solid 6.5/7. I think it was missing some of the pineapple flavor i love that comes with most al pastor i have had. The quesabirria was a 8/10, probably would've been a 10/10 had i got consomé with them. Overall a solid place for a bite read more

I knew this was going to be a great meal when I saw the guy at the grill outside. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was with a coworker who says "I can eat Mexican food for every meal". When the waiter greets you they bring sauce bottles of delicious green chile, guacamole, and red salsa. We enjoyed every bite. We had the asada, birria and Mexicano tacos. They were served with fresh cilantro and onions and fresh cucumber, raddish, lime and consume for dipping your tacos in. Honestly, I could not decide between dipping and not dipping everything was so good. I was drinking the consume uppppp! I even took home the left over consume to enjoy later. There are tables and booths although the booths are kind of narrow - if you're not, I would sit at a table. The atmosphere felt like I was eating at my Tia's house except I didn't need to help with dishes afterwards, haha. I grabbed a jamica on my way out. So refreshing. read more
