It turned out to be a great experience. I spoke with Mike on the phone. He sounded very professional and caring. As I explained the situation to Mike, he said he could be there in 20 minutes and he could tow the car to the nearest tire shop, so the car's tire can get repaired/replaced the next morning when the shop opens. He also said he would turn on his emergency light on his tow truck, so my son could identify him. Mike showed-up within the 20 minutes he promised. He carefully inspected the flat tire and determined it is something can be easily fixed. So, he fixed the tire on the spot and my son was able to drive home safely. This not only saved us the expense for towing the car, it also saved us from the hassle of going to the tire shop and pay the expenses for repairing or replacing the tire.
