It is in the back of Olive Tree and Vine if you park out in the front on West Main. It also looks like there was a back entrance, but I did not go in that way. The back entrance takes you right in to Southern Muggs. The coffee was absolutely delicious and the barista was very helpful in providing suggestions. There is also bubble tea. The space connects to Olive Tree and Vine that has flavored olive oil/balsamic vinegar to try as well as an ample selection of diverse wines, and local beer and ciders. They even have small plates and charcuterie. The space sells local art, and has all different types of seating. What a treasure!

We loved being able to sit on the comfortable leather couches, enjoy talented live musicians, and have great cocktails in a true lounge atmosphere. The servers have always been fantastic and continue to do an excellent job. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, Elevate seems to have lost much of the upscale lounge feel that originally made it special. What once felt like a refined escape from the typical bar scene now feels much more like a casual bar environment. Guests were dressed in flip-flops and swimwear, and during our last visit a group brought in takeout food with a very strong odor and set up a card game near the front while the musician was performing. The venue is spacious enough that these activities could have taken place elsewhere without disrupting those there to enjoy the music. We eventually moved tables just to regain a view of the performer. Additionally, due to the crowd volume, the servers -- despite their best efforts -- were unable to keep up with drink service, and we ultimately decided to skip our final round and leave. We truly miss the sophisticated lounge atmosphere Elevate once offered and hope it can return to being a place where guests can enjoy quality music, cocktails, and conversation in a more refined setting.

However, the lattes and regular coffees and are excellent. The frozen coffees are like a combination of coffee and milkshakes. They taste great, but might be less healthy than a coffee that is slushy iced based. The pastries are fresh, and from a source that seems like homemade food or from a bakery. One thing that could be improved is they could add healthy options for food. Being a diabetic, I sometimes pick a different place because of this. I may have seemed more harsh than I wanted in this review, so please try it for yourself. It is definitely my favorite place in town for coffee as of this writing.

We've tried their baked goods and the toasted bagels are our favorite so far. They have great, quick service. Friendly staff and mobile ordering is a nice touch.
