Disappointing morning visit. Doughnuts & baked goods look better than they taste. Also, I think the young, flighty cashier took more time explaining various kitchen problems that would delay us than it took to actually get the food. And then, my order was wrong - they'd charged for & made a more expensive item. Sigh. To their credit, they quickly remade to get me the pancake wrap & let us keep the wrong item. Then, I noticed they hadn't included the dipping syrup. I asked the same cashier - she took a brief glance at the containers behind counter & said in a sort of whine, "I think we're out of that." First Dunkin' visit in years & sadly, I'm reminded why. read more

They are very rude here, I placed a mobile order since you have to use it to have the deals (I also get social anxiety in the drive-thru). The app was being slow that morning however and it kept not accepting my card, so unfortunately I wasn't able to place it until we were almost there. But I'm fine with waiting! I understand these orders take time. This has never been an issue before. We pull up to the window and politely mention we were here and had a mobile order and the girl in the rudest tone snapped at us saying, "You literally just placed that order 5 seconds ago! Pull around!" My jaw dropped. After a while, a girl (not sure if she was the same one taking the orders) brought out the order to us and gave us a look without saying a word. I left feeling really bad. I lost my appetite. I don't appreciate being made to feel like an inconvenience. If I'm such a problem to them, I'll just go somewhere else. I will not be back. read more

Both of my bagels were burnt. My Boston Creme donut has no creme and my other donut wash smashed in the bag so all of the frosting was stuck to the inside of the bag. My cashier was very nice. If not for her it would be 1 star. Food is barely edible read more

I don't normally ever leave reviews on restaurants unless my experience was absolutely amazing or repeatedly terrible. Unfortunately , this is the repeatedly terrible post. Almost every time I have come here, my drinks have been wrong or have an inch of space at the top of the cup (in my iced drinks). Today I ordered 2 of the exact same iced lattes, and was given 2 completely different coffees. I just left. Because this is not the first time that I've watched staff argue in the background when ordering my coffee in the Drive-Thru. Do I wasn't even going to bother to ask for it to be fixed, I'll fix it at home. The only time my coffee has been exactly right, is when I notice the owner is there in the store. So we will not be coming to this location anymore. I give this store a chance every so often, and 8/10 times, the order is wrong or the staff is arguing. We will be taking our business elsewhere at this point. read more

The place has gone downhill again. Can't get drinks correct, forgot the espresso and served only frothed milk and Carmel on two occasions, and sadly this last time they cause food poisoning to everyone in the house. Would suggest you use the one on the other side of town. We stopped going to this location roughly a month ago and haven't had any of these issues at other locations. read more

I've been to this Dunkin a couple times over the past few months and the service is always terrible the girls are short and rude. I usually order a caramel latte with almond milk no whip and almost every time they disregard my request for dairy free. Wanted to give 0 stars, but it's not an option unfortunately. I used to be a regular at this dunkin and have not been in quite some time. I almost forgot why I stopped coming here until I came here today to grab something quick. My husband and I went through the drive thru around 12pm (8/20) and ordered our coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. The girl on the loudspeaker had a very hard time understanding what we were asking for. Multiple times she stated the wrong order and multiple times we corrected her to make sure it was correct. I understand it can be hard to hear people, so this did not bother us! What DID bother us was when we came to the window, received an iced coffee that was only 3/4 of the way full (did not say a word about) and then received food that was very different than what we had ordered. My husband politely asked the girl at the window if we could get what we had originally ordered and explained the confusion (we had been charged a lot more for what we had received and were even fine just trading it out). The girl closed the window and came back saying ("ACTUALLY she said she asked you multiple times if this is what you wanted.") Again, understanding the confusion but taken back completely by the attitude of the people working there; I offered to pay separately for my sesame seed bagel and keep what they had made (which by the way was absolutely atrocious- a bagel with Turkey sausage and vegetable cream cheese ). To this she told me she couldn't do it- that I would still have to pay for something different and that they couldn't even help us- we would have to pull back around the building and go through the drive through again to order from them. Absolutely not. I'd drive a million miles to go to any other Dunkin' even though I work right next to this one. I cannot believe that everyone has been rating this place 1 star and they can't figure it out. I run a business and a team of people and cannot imagine ever acting this way toward others. I wish I could give 0 stars. After coming here once we decided to come back and after this experience we will probably never be returning to a Dunkin' again. We tried to order multiple different items and the worker snarkly responded that they were out. After trying multiple different drink orders, they proceeded to laugh at us. We asked if they carried white chocolate, and she said "that's not even on the menu so I don't even know why you are ordering that". I came by to get an ice cream. Response- "we are out of ice cream. " "Okay, that's strange," I replied, "Baskin and Robbins out of ice cream. I would like a honey glazed doughnut please." Too bad I can't give a review with negative stars. On a Saturday night I decided to splurge on some Dunkin. I pulled into a Dunkin and made sure I saw customers go inside to be served before I placed a mobile order, as it was forty minutes before closing time and I wanted to be sure they were still open. I placed my order and waited about five minutes before I drove to the drive thru. No answer. I got tired of waiting so I drove around to the window. One car behind me left. I got to the window, which was open. A young woman inside behind the counter was sweeping and did not look up. A man appeared in the window as he was putting on a headset. He mumbled something like "Sorry." I explained that I had a mobile order. He turned to the young woman and asked if she had gotten the mobile order and then walked away. She stood there for a moment glaring at me, then came a little bit closer and in the rudest way possible told me "We don't have doughnuts!" As if I was the stupidest person she'd ever encountered. No mention of my coffee. I waited for a moment, literally stunned and embarrassed. I finally asked if I was going to get a refund. Even more rudely, she told me I would have to do that in the app. I did say to the woman that I hoped she had a good night, because she ruined mine. Not a great comeback but I was absolutely stunned by her vile attitude. I promise I was not rude and was actually too nice to them. (I try to never be rude or demanding to people who can spit in my food.) I pulled away from the window and tried to call the store, hoping the man would answer. No one answered. I canceled the order in the app, but I guess they never did on their side, because I was charged for the order I never got. Let me tell you I'm old and I'm pretty tough. But I was with my daughter, after a very important event. A special night for us. It was late and I was tired. My head hurt. It was a long drive home. I needed caffeine and sugar to finish the drive. Usually rudeness might irritate me. But in this instance I left in tears. I felt humiliated, and in front of my child. I literally do not think anyone has ever been that vile toward me in a customer service situation. And they still charged me. I believe everyone deserves grace and many chances. But after reading the reviews on this store, I can see that this place has a pattern. I'm very glad I never got my food after seeing the other reviews. Dunkin...y'all need to do better supervising your franchises. And I'm still waiting for my refund. Praying for that young woman, too. Apparently she's having a pretty crappy life. The staff and management needs to be replaced. Service and beverages is awful. Mocha coolatta was water downed and sour. It tasted so disgusting. I had to repeat my order twice at the drive thru and one more time at the window. Sometime this location doesn't serve frozen drinks at certain times which is strange which I was shocked the time that I went it was actually AVAILABLE. But why get my hopes up if I was going to receive this disgusting drink they call coolatta...MORE LIKE SOURNOTTA! I will go back to this location when they replace the staff and management. They need Chef Ramsey or something to straighten them out. read more

This is literally the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I live in the town over and this is the closest Dunkin' to me and I've given them multiple chances to get their stuff together but my order is always wrong. I ask for liquid sugar and always get the grain sugar. I ask for unsweetened coconut and they put blueberry flavoring?? They don't care at all if they mess your order up. I've only went inside one time and the time that I did one of the guys behind the register had his pants sagging and red underwear on that I could very visibly see. The staff is always changing and I never see the same people even for a week. Terrible customer service & drinks are never correct. I have been a strong advocate for Dunkin' Donuts but today will probably be my last time to visit Dunkin' Donuts. Cartersville Dunkin' Donuts has Owner just told me that you are not allowed to bring a cup anymore to have it re-field you have to pay the full price very disappointing. This is the WORST Duncan Donuts location. First- on several occasions they have been out of caramel or other flavor shots. Today is the 2nd attempt for me to order a decaf hot tea and they are out of it. The "manager" says- we don't have a decaf tea on the menu. So I point to the menu where it states "decaf black tea." I ask for a refund and because I paid with the Duncan app she says she has to apply it back to my app. Does she? No. She charges my account again. Then she gives me cash back for one tea not the extra one she charged. How about a manager that can do simple math. Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin to my house- guess will have to go to one of the four Starbucks here instead. read more

VAPING WHILE WORKING!! Stopped by here on the evening of 3/30/22 with my husband. Sat at the drive-thru speaker waiting to order for a bit. We thought maybe we missed the buzzer, so we backed up and pulled forward again. Still nothing, so we said "hello", a young lady says "I'll be with you in a minute". No one else was in line, but no big deal. She was super short and rude, like we were an inconvenience. We get to the window and a nice young man (with beautiful red hair) greeted us, took our payment, while another young man was making our dinks. The young lady with curly dark hair was standing at the front counter on her phone and taking selfie's. As my husband and I are looking at her she's holding her phone up and takes a puff of her VAPE, slowly blows out a big cloud, standing right there at the front counter!!! She looks over at us and sees we're looking at her and mouths "what"!!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I feel bad for business owners nowadays. read more

The Dunkin' Donuts in Cartersville is the worst location I've experienced because 1. if you can obtain service from them at all, orders are slow, incorrect, limited due to lack of something as simple as donuts (!) or English muffins, or nearly inedible. 2. Obtaining service is a challenge because the drive-thru is extremely long every morning during peak hours, squeezing cars into a tight circle around the building and forcing any driver to narrowly avoid accidents. 3. On two recent occasions the doors to the restaurant itself were LOCKED at 7:45am, apparently due to lack of staff. If this DD location cannot run itself correctly it should be shut down and ownership should change. read more

The staff is nice here. They work hard to fill orders quickly and use cute phrases like "Hun" and "darling." I've only once had to wait a long time and they apologized and gave me a free donut. The menu is the same as other locations. The donuts are very good but not spectacular. We all like the cinnamon sugar the best. They still have a good assortment in the evening. They also have a nice mix of drinks both hot and frozen. I love their iced tea. I'm glad we have this store in Cartetsville. read more

Do your self a favor and go to Starbucks or a different Dunkin. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I am from out of town and stopped on my way home. The munchkins I ordered were dry and had a horrible taste and they didn't put any caramel flavor in my macchiato as ordered. I was the only person in the drive thru and there were only a couple people inside, so they weren't busy.
