We tried two of the new summer drinks today - the chocolate creme cold brew and the pineapple refresher with coconut milk. The foam top on the chocolate drink was so good. It tasted like malted milk balls. I stirred it in, but still had to add so sweetener, unlike my usual drink. My husband really liked the pineapple drink, especially the bits of fruit in it. Service was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean, inside and out. read more

The workers here make Georgia and their residents look horrible! This place was my first stop after landing from Los Angeles to Georgia. The place was empty and I can now see why. With the place being empty inside and the drive through empty as well, it took about 10 minutes for the workers to stop talking amongst each other and take my order. Once my order was taken it took another 10 minutes for them to even begin making my order. They could not even make a strawberry açaí lemonade correctly! One was a whole different shade of pink than the other. I asked if they can please remake the drink even if I had to pay and the girl ignored me yet still made the drink and threw it at me that the liquid even spilled. I was super shocked by these actions and figured maybe she was having a bad day. I tasted the new drink and it was worse than the first! Worst first impression of Georgia, making their people look bad. The bathrooms were also worse than their attitude. Terrible place and I'm sure the residents know it as well because of emptiness. Very very disappointed with this Starbucks, I specifically order COCONUT MILK and NO WHIP CREAM because I have a DAIRY allergy. Seems like every couple of drinks I order one is made with regular MILK and I instantly become sick while I'm at work. If I'm not standing there actively watching them make it one out of every four times or so its wrong. I pay extra for coconut milk. It was a good experience at this Starbucks The only issue is they had a full-blown bathroom and had it closed to all the customers. The drink was actually good customer service was good. I don't go to Starbucks that often but the few others I have gone to all had restrooms that were available It seems a little bizarre when you're selling gigantic drinks to not allow your customers to use the restroom. read more

For the second time, the app allowed me to place a mobile order at 9pm but the location was closed when I showed up just a few minutes later to pick it up, even tho the app said it was open until 10pm. I get it, hours change and COVID has been a big part of that. I just wish the app would have known that they were about to close when I placed the order so I didn't waste my time. Second time I had to send a message to the company to get a refund. May as well get them to refund my entire Starbucks card balance since I'm not sure I'll be going back. The Starbucks is at least a 20 minute drive for me but is my first choice of three around me because of the layout and seating . Four comfy chairs facing each, one comfy chair in a corner facing out and two other comfy chairs in the middle of the restaurant. They have a bar top with 4 to 6 seats then several two and four tops with hard seats. Great place to go. I believe all Starbucks are good and have a great quality so I'm gonna review it from a little different aspect. I work from home and like to get out two or three days a week do you work for a few hours. Went this morning and ordered the brown sugar oat milk. Mind you, I've had it before at a different location before so I know how it's supposed to taste. After pulling off I noticed it really just tasted like coffee and oat milk. No sweetener or brown sugar at all. I decided to go back around just to see if they would be able to maybe add in some pumps of the sweetener. I let the girl at the front window know and she scurried off to let her coworker who had made it know. I was met at the window with that employee who questioned if I had it before because she had put "at least 4 shots of the sweetener". I made her aware that I have and she offered to remake my drink but you could tell she was irritated with me. Once my drink was remade it had tasted the same way as before, no sweetener at all. I have the most simple order ever, iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, that's it--and they can't even handle that. My daughter loves the Very Berry Hibiscus, yep they screwed that up, too. I'm done. They'll never get another dime. Starbucks needs to re-evaluate this store because they're clueless. This Starbucks is always one of my favorites to go to. I usually have to go through the drive thru due to me being on a time pinch in driving to Atlanta in the early mornings. The staff that I come in contact with is always nice and very cheerful. I guess if I worked in a coffee house I would always be perky as well :) It definitely makes a difference when the employees are nice and enjoyable. As far as the inside of the establishment goes it is always very clean and it smells amazing. I could stay in there for hours even without buying a cup of coffee. I am a Starbucks Gold member and its always nice because when I hand them my card, they always address me by my name which is great because its a nice acknowledgment. They have never messed up my order and I love coffee... so it can't get much better than that!!! Visit this place people.. You won't be disappointed!! read more

It is your basic Starbucks complete with drive through window. Best part is whoever the guy was working the window this AM. This guy was perky personified. While we were taking our sweet ass time ordering in the drive through he said we'd have to give him $5 to stop talking. And then he talked my boss into getting a muffin because it has your daily omega 3 fatty acids in it. And then we get to the window and he was equally as perky and chatty.
