Starbucks in Cartersville, GA is always on point. The crew that works there does a fantastic job every time. When the drive through is packed it literally only takes a few minutes. If you need a quick coffee fix I highly recommend swinging through. read more

The drink was fine. I will say the staff here caters directly to the very busy drive thru ... I just got out & went in after seeing 7 cars at the drive thru. It took literally 15 min + to get one drink and it made me realize they actually don't have a staff dedicated to us inside !!!! Bad! In 20 years I've never waited 15 min + at any Starbs! Sad day & late to my next thing after that ... read more

Had to tell them what drinks I was still waiting for...while watching this gal tell a story to her friend in the drive through when the drive through line was wrapped around the building. left the other barista whom was clearly new to try and figure out how to make drinks and what to do. We tried two of the new summer drinks today - the chocolate creme cold brew and the pineapple refresher with coconut milk. The foam top on the chocolate drink was so good. It tasted like malted milk balls. I stirred it in, but still had to add so sweetener, unlike my usual drink. My husband really liked the pineapple drink, especially the bits of fruit in it. Service was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean, inside and out. read more

Really clean. It's nice when the traffic isn't backed up. They really need to relocate so it will be easier for customers to maneuver. I'm sure it gets chaotic for the staff..I give specific instructions for my order. Unfortunately this morning they messed up and order and I didn't have the time to complain or have it remade. I'm pissed . Maybe they need a cup of coffee this morning ‍ read more

The workers here make Georgia and their residents look horrible! This place was my first stop after landing from Los Angeles to Georgia. The place was empty and I can now see why. With the place being empty inside and the drive through empty as well, it took about 10 minutes for the workers to stop talking amongst each other and take my order. Once my order was taken it took another 10 minutes for them to even begin making my order. They could not even make a strawberry açaí lemonade correctly! One was a whole different shade of pink than the other. I asked if they can please remake the drink even if I had to pay and the girl ignored me yet still made the drink and threw it at me that the liquid even spilled. I was super shocked by these actions and figured maybe she was having a bad day. I tasted the new drink and it was worse than the first! Worst first impression of Georgia, making their people look bad. The bathrooms were also worse than their attitude. Terrible place and I'm sure the residents know it as well because of emptiness. I'm so disappointed in humanity read more

Very very disappointed with this Starbucks, I specifically order COCONUT MILK and NO WHIP CREAM because I have a DAIRY allergy. Seems like every couple of drinks I order one is made with regular MILK and I instantly become sick while I'm at work. If I'm not standing there actively watching them make it one out of every four times or so its wrong. I pay extra for coconut milk. I've never had this problem with Starbucks until this year..... very very disappointing it's almost noon. Ordered at 8:14am read more

It was a good experience at this Starbucks The only issue is they had a full-blown bathroom and had it closed to all the customers. The drink was actually good customer service was good. I don't go to Starbucks that often but the few others I have gone to all had restrooms that were available It seems a little bizarre when you're selling gigantic drinks to not allow your customers to use the restroom. read more

Love this Starbucks! Dine in or drive thru, everyone here has been super kind and fast. I've never had an issue with my drinks here, they always come out perfect! read more

Even though the inside was closed due to the current global pandemic, and our giant delivery truck couldn't fit through the drive through, the staff went above and beyond to take our order outside. V nice. read more

Tried this location a few times. Good customer service, just a bit slow.. A good location and close to work.

This is a newer location out of only two in the area. It's an easy location right before I-75, but expect to wait. I've been a number of times, and no matter what day there is gonna be a wait. read more

Horribly slow when ordering inside!!! Not apologetic about it!!! The non barista staff seemed nice though. read more

Rarely have consistent drinks and almost always a long wait.. 5 bucks a drink is too much not to fix correctly. Salted cream cold foam is hit or miss every time I go. read more

Hands down my favorite Starbucks around. Friendly service, clean environment, and fast service each time I've been there.

It's a fairly typical Starbucks - the folks who work here are friendly, the establishment is always clean, and I've never had a drink that wasn't made the way I wanted it. There is ample room for sprawling, so whether you're stopping in to hang out, study, or surf the net for a little while, you're in good shape. The drive-through makes things convenient, though I always prefer to come inside and linger when there's time. read more

This is a good Starbucks. It is so similar to 95% of all other Starbucks locations that I am at a bit of a loss as to what else I can say! Service here has been good. They have never messed up my order. My beverage is always hot and good. I like the location and stop here often when traveling between Nashville and Atlanta. read more

I've only been to this newer Starbucks from the drive thru. The time it took to get a coffee was a bit slow today. It is not usually that long. The Chai Tea Latte is as good as any Starbucks. I at the bacon and Gouda cheese sandwich. It was decent. The next time I stop by I will need to go inside and check it out. read more

I thought this Starbucks was particularly nice. New, clean, spacious, friendly, knowledgeable. The barrista and I had a nice brief discussion over the orgins of Tribute Blend. The Starbucks is at least a 20 minute drive for me but is my first choice of three around me because of the layout and seating . Four comfy chairs facing each, one comfy chair in a corner facing out and two other comfy chairs in the middle of the restaurant. They have a bar top with 4 to 6 seats then several two and four tops with hard seats. Great place to go. I believe all Starbucks are good and have a great quality so I'm gonna review it from a little different aspect. I work from home and like to get out two or three days a week do you work for a few hours. Starbucks seem to be the place on migrate to but some Starbucks have better seating and atmosphere than others so that's how I'm going to rate these. read more

For the second time, the app allowed me to place a mobile order at 9pm but the location was closed when I showed up just a few minutes later to pick it up, even tho the app said it was open until 10pm. I get it, hours change and COVID has been a big part of that. I just wish the app would have known that they were about to close when I placed the order so I didn't waste my time. Second time I had to send a message to the company to get a refund. May as well get them to refund my entire Starbucks card balance since I'm not sure I'll be going back. In the scheme of things it's not a big deal, just annoying. read more

I really could've used my coffee this morning. I arrived at this location at 6:17 this morning and no one was here. It was closed. The hours of operation said it opens at 5:30am on Sundays. I think management needs to be reviewed. read more

Went this morning and ordered the brown sugar oat milk. Mind you, I've had it before at a different location before so I know how it's supposed to taste. After pulling off I noticed it really just tasted like coffee and oat milk. No sweetener or brown sugar at all. I decided to go back around just to see if they would be able to maybe add in some pumps of the sweetener. I let the girl at the front window know and she scurried off to let her coworker who had made it know. I was met at the window with that employee who questioned if I had it before because she had put "at least 4 shots of the sweetener". I made her aware that I have and she offered to remake my drink but you could tell she was irritated with me. Once my drink was remade it had tasted the same way as before, no sweetener at all. I will not be returning to this location! read more

A Starbucks is the same as the next. Hit or miss on service, on cleanliness and the beverages may or may not taste like the last one.

I ordered a grande salted caramel mocha latte and instead received a peppermint mocha latte. A little disappointed since I was just passing through while traveling home and I cannot stand the peppermint flavor. read more

I always receive friendly service at this location however, today was the first time I went in as opposed to the drive through. This location is filthy! The furniture has never been cleaned and looks disgusting. It is early and the floor has obviously not been cleaned in days. Very disappointed with the interior. Hmmm, makes me wonder how well the keep up with the food and drink area. read more

Horrible. First time shame on them. Second time shame on me. Third time? I'm the idiot at this point. I will NEVER return to this location. They have absolutely no idea how to make a dang thing. Two times I had to drive to another location to correct my order. Last time I just threw it in the trash. I have the most simple order ever, iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, that's it--and they can't even handle that. My daughter loves the Very Berry Hibiscus, yep they screwed that up, too. I'm done. They'll never get another dime. Starbucks needs to re-evaluate this store because they're clueless. This location is convenient to me but I'll be driving next door to Kroger's Starbucks from now on. read more

This Starbucks is always one of my favorites to go to. I usually have to go through the drive thru due to me being on a time pinch in driving to Atlanta in the early mornings. The staff that I come in contact with is always nice and very cheerful. I guess if I worked in a coffee house I would always be perky as well :) It definitely makes a difference when the employees are nice and enjoyable. As far as the inside of the establishment goes it is always very clean and it smells amazing. I could stay in there for hours even without buying a cup of coffee. I am a Starbucks Gold member and its always nice because when I hand them my card, they always address me by my name which is great because its a nice acknowledgment. They have never messed up my order and I love coffee... so it can't get much better than that!!! Visit this place people.. You won't be disappointed!! read more

It is your basic Starbucks complete with drive through window. Best part is whoever the guy was working the window this AM. This guy was perky personified. While we were taking our sweet ass time ordering in the drive through he said we'd have to give him $5 to stop talking. And then he talked my boss into getting a muffin because it has your daily omega 3 fatty acids in it. And then we get to the window and he was equally as perky and chatty. I kind of wanted to take him with me so some of his perky morning mood would rub off on me. Great attitude and great job Starbucks dude!! read more

The guy in the drive thru felt it necessary to tell me that getting a puppacino for my dog was a bad idea because "dairy is bad for dogs." This has to be the worst Starbucks on the planet. The staff totally doesn't know what they are doing.
