Smoked wings with collard greens and Mac n cheese
    Nakema G.

Smokehouse Q has decent BBQ. I went recently for lunch and ordered the smoked wings. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the white BBQ sauce to go with the wings. I opted for the Carolina vinegar based. It didn't pair that well with the wings. For my sides I got the collard greens and Mac n cheese. The sides were pretty good. My lunch companions ordered the brisket and ribs. They both said their food was good. One bragged about the baked beans and said they were the best she's had.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch here today with my bro. It was delicious but the brisket was cold. I love the peach lemonade and the sauces. Seating was pretty ample. The attendant was very kind and accommodating. I'd return.

It was my first time at the Marietta Square Market soo many options. 3 of us picked BBQ my BF picked the burger joint across the way. I had the Brisket plate with Brunswick Stew and Macaroni & Cheese. The servings were pretty large and the girl offered me a few BBQ sauces to try. I went with the Sweet & Spicy ones. Everything had nice flavoring. Not gonna say it was the best, but for BBQ on the go it was pretty tasty.

I checked them out after going to the Marietta Market. They are located in the food court. I ordered some smoked wings as a snack. Each order is freshly prepared. The customer service was great and it took 10 minutes to get my order. I was impressed by the size of the wings, but I was not impressed by the flavor of the wings. Maybe if I try something different next time then it will taste better.

Holy cow (literally) this place is good. Go on a weekend and try the beef ribs. They are to die for.the meat was super tender, had a greaty smokey flavor and amazing bark. Not to mention the beautiful smoke ring that surround the meat. I also got the mac and cheese and potato salad and both were amazing. Now onto the pork ribs. They werent the type of smoked ribs i was hoping for but they were juicy, tender and very tasty.

Smokehouse Q is your standard BBQ joint slinging all things meat and sides slathered in sauce. They have two locations around the metro area with one being in Roswell this spot located right inside the doors of the Marietta Square Market. Their location in the market is great as they are the first restaurant you come across upon entering the doors and they are in the large dining area, so you can order and go find a table while you wait to be called back up. Smokehouse Q specializes in all things BBQ, but really focus on the sandwiches that they offer. They have your classics of pulled pork, brisket and chicken, but they also offer smoked sausage and even a variation of a Cuban called the Havana. Additionally, they have a few other sandwiches you don't normally find at smokehouses such a a BBQ Reuben, a chicken Philly and even a roasted veggie sandwich. If sandwiches aren't your thing, then you can get the classic BBQ plate which is your choice of protein plus a few sides, sliced bread and a pickle. To side all that meat you can scoop you up some classic sides such as macaroni and cheese, collard greens, potato wedges, baked beans and coleslaw or you can try their Brunswick Stew or Southern Lasagna! Prices here are decent on the sandwich side of things with most sandwiches ringing in $7 - $11, but a few do go up towards the $15 mark. The plates will cost you $14 - $22. Overall, Smokehouse Q has decent BBQ at slightly inflated prices for the quality and portion sizes you get. It is your standard BBQ cuisine and there is nothing wrong with that. I have a few other spots I prefer over this, but I wouldn't be upset if I landed here when visiting Marietta Square Market.

    Pulled pork plate

Barely average. Pork is cold. Collard Greens are so salty they're inedible. Stew is flavorless. I was hoping the vinegar-based Carolina barbecue sauce would save the meal, but unfortunately it did not the only highlight I can say here is the sweet barbecue sauce is decent but no better than sweet baby rays. Will not return.

This reviews for the colony Square location. The brisket plate was so delicious and came with plenty food! I was able to share with my bf. It came with two sides, we picked the potato salad (just ok) & brisket chili (delicious). Next time I would try the cole slaw as I herd it is really good. The brisket was a hearty portion, they make it daily and smoke on site. I consider this a good bang for your buck bc of the portion size and depending on which sides you choose you can get double the meat.

Located inside of the Marietta Square Food Hall in the main dining space near front doors. Great customer service! I tried the pulled pork sandwich (has a few pickle slices in it) with sweet barbecue sauce, macaroni and cheese side with a sweet tea. Very good! Very filling. I was stuffed! Tons of community picnic tables directly in front of the vendor to sit and eat alongside other friendly customers. Quick turnaround for my food and decently priced.

    Smoke House potato wedges!

Don't order anything for dinner. You may receive dried up potato wedges like this. The gentleman knew when I returned that these should have been placed in the trash! He immediately walked to the cash register when he saw me approaching the counter. Sad!

I'm just getting home and I'm looking at my receipt and it says smokehouse q. I drove there because I remembered my friend said that grand Champion barbecue is the best barbecue and I was thinking to myself. This isn't very good however, he say that this is the best barbecue place well, this solves it it's not called grand Champion anymore. The pork ribs were very dry and the green beans were straight out of a can. The macaroni and cheese was very good though.

This sausage was rubbery not flavorful The Green beans we're not good out of a can not much flavor The pulled pork was good !!

Our son and DIL recently went and had a good experience and asked if they could take us -- and who is going to turn down BBQ?! We went in around 5:45pm on a Saturday and got seated quickly, but the place filled up pretty quick after us. Ayla (?) was our server, and extremely sweet and knows that menu! We did have two flies buzzing around us in our corner which were quick and we only eventually killed one of the two -- part of the reason for the 3 and not a 4. Two of us ordered the ribeye, one got the chopped brisket, and one got a salad with chicken. The ribeyes were tasty, they just lacked the marbling found in a good steak at that price. (Another reason for the 3) And the chopped brisket was more shredded and wasn't as moist as you'd expect -- even after asking for some fattier pieces. (Final reason for the 3) sides were good -- TONS of onion rings/straws, delicious mashed potatoes and green beans. Overall: server was great, minor improvements needed on the food, and something needs to be done to deal with the flies INSIDE the restaurant.

My pork sandwich was very enjoyable- with half of the vinegar sauce and part of the slaw. I chose an ear of corn for my side. The sandwich, sauce, slaw, and corn were thoroughly enjoyed. The quantity of chopped pork in my sandwich was perfect. The corn - wrapped in foil - was slathered in butter and cooked just right- neither undercooked or overcooked. As far as this was from our home, it was decided that we need to return soon. Food, service, friendliness, and cleanliness were just what we expected - and received.

We had the collards, mac & cheese, baked beans and Brunswick Stew. I was not happy with the Brunswick Stew but I'm hard to please on that item. I haven't had good batch in years. The people that know how to prepare it properly don't work in restaurants. Was charged $1 for two extra slices of bread. Uhhhhh really...it's bbq! Another drawback for me was the young lady working the register was pulling at the skin on her lips and I remember thinking oh lord she has her hands on her mouth, the register, the phone and everything else. I realize some people have nervous tendencies and try not to be too obnoxious when dining out but I sure miss the days of face masks and gloves. While we ate more and more people came in and when we left there was six people dining in, multiple pick up order, so it's a steady flow of people. The condiments station was neat and tidy.
