It was so good, I went two days in a row! I also love the fish tacos, the nachos, and the crispy grilled chicken tacos. All are delicious! The salsa bar is great, too. How to improve: add more rice/lettuce/beans/something hard for texture (maybe even cook the meat longer to make it not so soft), and add more sour cream or lime or salsa to cut through the fat. Finally and most importantly grill or sear the tortilla at the end to give it some structural integrity. My husband got enchiladas, the sauce was terrible, canned La Palma salsa would have sufficed but what they had as an enchilada sauce tasted like just blended tomatoes.
