Our server, Jenny, deftly handled the full bar, the bar dining area, and the drink orders for the entire restaurant. No indication whatsoever that asking for a large rock carried an additional charge. Charge whatever you want, but tell the customer before adding it to the bill. When I mentioned it, they graciously removed the charge, and I had a very pleasant conversation with a manager who understood the point and agreed it should be disclosed going forward.
