They have the most fresh chicken ever and the sauces are so good- ask for extra of each flavor- there are three sauces. When we order fajitas we don't get wraps but I think maybe fajita just refers to the meat? But it's amazing. The chaufa rice is my favorite side. I came here on a Friday night to get dinner to go. The chicken was very flavorful and moist. I really enjoyed the amount of char that it had. However, the rice and beans were very very bland and beans weren't cooked properly. The plantains were yummy, could of been fried about a minute more, but still tasty. Service was okay. I've heard great things about this place so I will definitely give it another try since it's near our home, but my first visit wasn't anything to remember. read more

I went here for lunch/dinner and got a half chicken with string beans and potatoes. I really do wish they would put cheese on my potatoes but anywho. Sometimes the chicken can be a little undone but other then that that chicken is amazing. The stringbeans are well seasoned with the onion slices. When entering and get to the counter you are usually greeted right away unless they are in an indepth conversation. It takes no time for them to have your prepared and you paying unless you are getting something made. I haven't experienced anything else here but will try something soon. They do have seating available often. I have never dined in. Everytime I have picked up for it is very clean inside. No they don't have on mask when they are there. But I keep mine on the whole time. This place hides at the end of a plaza but the interior is spacious and clean. I have to say their chicken is even better than chicken rico, the skin was so crispy and the meat was marinated so well even the bones tasted great. Also the price was extremely cheap, 10.5 bucks, half chicken+2 sides, fed 2 adults for dinner. They also have a bunch of other Peruvian items, even ceviche, not sure if those are as good as the chicken, but will come back for the chicken. read more

First time trying this place and I will be back. Located in a shopping center, parking is no issue and the sign was well read so very easy to find. I called in my order and pick it up later. The restaurant was much bigger than I expected, Plenty of room to have a lunch or group. Note they do not have fountain soda but have lots of bottle/can drinks inside. My order was ready when I arrived. I ordered the chicken tacos. Really liked the fresh corn tortilla. The sauce that came with it was good as well. Really balanced the tastes. Gave four stars because I would like to have some other options than the sauce for toppings and the price was expensive ($10 for three tacos and a can soda). I had a taste of their lamb as well. Wish I had taken photos but the food didn't stay out our bellies long enough. I ordered the mix fajita platter which was super huge portion and still came with a side. As a side I chose the cream spinach. The cream spinach was too good for words. The chicken, shrimp and steak were tender and seasoned to perfection sautéed with onions and peppers. My wife had the steak tacos. She is still raving about them and we'll probably be taking a trip back this weekend. When I go back I think I'll give the rotisserie chicken a try because the smell was Godly. Five stars read more

I've not tried the one in Towson simply because this one was closer to where I lived. Found this little gem on Yelp to try something new. Oh my gosh... we went back 3 more times that week. Obviously the roasted chicken (rotisserie style) is what brought us back... ... and the plantains...and that "crack sauce". I'm in the I.E. now and there's no place around here that has that "crack sauce". It's fresh, spicy and it builds. It's addicting. Inside is roomy with plenty of tables and seating. Yum yum yum. This place is such a great find. I love it more than the other Peruvian spots I've tried around the city. I was looking for a quick meal while my child attended dance class and my husband and I found this place. It has a lot of seating and is usually empty on Wednesday evenings. There is always fresh chicken coming out and sides aren't usually sitting there for too long. We get the special of the whole chicken with 3 sides and either 3 sodas or a large Inca. We get all dark meat and it's usually cooked to perfect. Perfect seasoning and very flavorful skin. The plantains are always perfect cooked as well as the chicken fried rice. The green beans are a hit or miss but are always fresh. The staff are nice but could be a little warmer. Customer service is very important to me. Worth a try if you are in that area.
