We went there the day after Cinco de Mayo through a recommendation of a friend. I used to live in this area so I was very surprised that I did not notice it in the shopping center. The food was a strong 6/10 with the drinks rating about the same. I had the mixed fajitas with two house margaritas. I will say, I did like the salsa that came with the chips but that's about it. The thing that threw me off was that the server didn't seem as if she wanted to serve us - and I try to be very gracious and I know that food service these days can be tough. A hidden gem! A family owned business, and I always seek out family owned restaurants wherever I travel. I was introduced to this restaurant while attending nearby training for a few weeks. They provided lunch on a couple different days from Las Vegas restaurant, and I ordered carry out for dinner a few times as well. The food is delicious! My favorite is Mama's Enchiladas, but everything I have tried here has been excellent. Chimichangas are another favorite. The rice is flavorful and salsa is too. The Good: Upon entering, I noticed the establishment was spotless and the atmosphere was nice. I was greeted and seated quickly and waited on by a pleasant staff. I was given chips and salsa, and I ordered the beans nacho as an appetizer and then the veggie enchiladas that came with a side of rice and beans as a meal. They both were out in light ten or fifteen minutes, and both meals were delicious. The waitress was attentive, coming to my table multiple times to ask if everything was ok. The Bad: Though the I thought the enchiladas, rice, and beans were delicious, I there were a couple of hard, uncooked rice that kind of took away from the enjoyment of the meal. The advertisement had me going, even the pictures! I ordered through doordash, for customer pick up. Neat app by the way. My boyfriend and I ordered the exact same thing, The Chicken Burrito as advertised as being an featured item. When we picked out food up, it was wrapped and sealed. As expected. We get home and the tray is nothing like expected. The rice and beans were dried out so much so that it attaches itself to the paper container. Shrinking in size tremendously! Horrible Horrible! No lettuce or pico da gallo was even in the tray, just a warm lump of sour cream. The chicken burrito was good but all the red sauce around it had been dried out from the microwave. 0n November 3rd I walked in 5 of 6 p.m. No one greeted me or said welcome to Los Vegas bar and grill. Finally I was served and ordered a rice bowl. I walked back to my car about 50 ft from the establishment. Not 1 parking space. All 25 parking spaces were occupied!!!! There were a bunch of pickup trucks and some from Texas. I'm saying this because there was no one in this establishment except a couple at a table. There was no one at the bar either. Maybe they were doing a Big TRANSACTION in the back of the kitchen or something?!??? At 6:15 p.m. I walked in to get my food and the man behind the bar stared at me with contempt, and hatred. Ordered food in advance the place smells good. I ordered three items that weren't ready during my pickup time. I also asked for chips and salsa but was told I would get charged I declined. The guy at counter no hospitable. Place looks clean and again smells good . Food ready at 246 pm. Place with only one family but I didn't feel welcomed. No greetings and again no salsa and chips while I waited. The staff wondered at bar over looked me no one offered me water. I need to now taste their food and see what a 17 dollar seafood soup taste like. The soup is hot but no seafood in it . I'd say check your food while in restaurant. Great place for lunch. My husband is a semi-regular at this place and we decided to have lunch here one Saturday. Plenty of seats, great for big groups. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. They have a large menu, you will have tons to choose from. Free chips with salsa will be served while you're deciding what to order. We had flautas, burrito and enchilada. The serving was really large, an order is good for 2 people. We ordered more than what we can eat but we wanted to try a bunch of items. The winner for me are the chips, salsa and flautas! No need to complicate things next time, I'm ordering flautas again. That's it. The guacamole provided was fresh and tasty. I had small servings of the burrito and enchilada but I didn't really care for them that much. A bonus - while you're eating great food, the wait service provided (I think it was the manager who took care of us, I wish I got his name but THANK YOU) was excellent!! Professional and courteous. It wasn't crowded and we were waited on within minutes. We will return for another happy hour! Update! GGGF and I went here Friday for happy hour! The frozen peach margarita was AWESOME! Stopped in here for carry-out and was quite impressed. I grabbed 2 taco salads and chips and queso all for under $20. The salads were in a shell really tasty! They were packed well and huge! The queso was ok but tasted like a cheese soup and not a sauce. I didn't hate the flavor. The restaurant was nice, clean and service friendly. Las Vegas is a delicious and affordable option for this area. I have had a few things on the menu and all of it has been worth the price. The taco salads are very tasty, the shell didn't look too appetizing but the flavor and texture was superb. The salad is chopped and and topped with tasty guacamole and sour cream, definitely worth the time to try. The papusa's are cheesy and have a good consistency, the pork leaves something to be desired but overall can satisfy a papusa craving. The queso dip is almost like a broccoli and cheese soup, not sure I would get it again but at least it wasn't Velveeta. I would while heartedly suggest Las Vegas. There is a Chipotle extremely close by if you are looking for a burrito bowl but the quality of the ingredients definitely stand up to the chain. read more

The chicken quesadilla was delicious and offered a big serving size, the quesadilla was sliced into 8 fairly good sized triangles. The quesadilla was super cheesy and served with pico de Gallo, guac, sour cream and lettuce on the side. The combination #3 came with two chicken flautas, 2 ground beef tacos, 2 chicken enchiladas, and came with a side of rice & beans. I tried his flautas which were really good and crispy, the beef tacos weren't really that good to me. Overall, service was quick. We ordered at the restaurant and within 10 minutes our food was ready! Parking was good, with many spaces. Customer service was great too! This restaurant despite its slightly odd name was an awesome find a couple years back for me. I was craving some authentic Mexican food and happened to stumble on this place only to find it was so much more! First the pricing is fantastic. You get huge portions that almost always make two meals. The ingredients are not expensive by nature but they are quality. They have several "combos" that are an even better deal but you should definitely be prepared to share. As for seating there is a restaurant side and a bar side and I have never had any trouble finding seating on the restaurant side regardless of the hour. They also have plenty of parking available and the staff is always friendly and helpful providing short wait times. They do a really great carry out in addition that is not to be overlooked. So if you can find this under advertised place do yourself a favor and stop in grab a bite and if your feeling like splurging then their Horchata (or Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk as I often refer to it) is delicious! read more

Today was my first visit . I got the taco salad. It was tasty and fresh. I got extra guacamole which came with chips. I was scared of the chip due to another establishment whose chips will give you high blood pressure. When I dipped the chip I was so happy. Seasoned just right and the guacamole was great as well.
