The steak was served perfectly medium rare, with some really nice traditional hot sauce. You can't have steak without some hot sauce!! The side salad was also amazing, coming with heart of palms which are another big favourite of mine. The staff were great - friendly, attentive but clearly experience and didn't over do it. He whisked away the steak, had the chef flash it on the grill and brought it back brown on the outside and still raw enough that it was challenging to cut, and yes, still a bit bloody inside.
