Our table had the shrimp ceviche - we think they cook the shrimp a little bit but otherwise it's a fair ceviche - and we added the coconut shrimp, we were nicely crusted but on a bed of rice done in coconut milk, MUY delicioso! Jim at our table also chose the tuna and avocado tartar, which was also tasty! As I said, the service was fantastic too - which all rounded out to a wonderful lunch!
