Their servers are the best, smart and hard working. Pasta is OK and fresh. Nice wine list. Clean. Pizza toppings are generous and tasty. Crust could use some work though. These are criticisms not complaints. We've been back several times and would happily go back again. Oh yeah and the local cats which grace all the neighborhood spots are friendly as well. read more

Spotted this little gem on our walk through "el centro de Puerto Morelos" and decided to check it out based on prior yelp reviews. We can see how this place earned its five star rating. Why? Let's get straight to the point... Atmosphere - With al fresco, open air seating in a quaint, relaxed and quiet location away from the busier downtown streets, our first impression of Spaghetinno was that of a cute, family owned restaurant. We liked that everything was very clean, with C19 safety protocols completely enforced. Rating 5/5 Service - We were greeted warmly by the owner who spoke both Spanish and English very well. We were well informed of the special of the day and recommended some of their most popular dishes. We felt very attended to and doted on when necessary. We enjoyed being allowed to take our time to really savor our food and appreciated that we were asked how we liked each dish when it was brought out. Rating 5/5 Food - This is where Spaghetinno really earns its brownie points. One word: DELISH. We debated on ordering the special of the day - lasagna with insalate or one of their homemade pasta dishes. However, with a menu as tantalizing as Spaghetinno's, we chose to order a bit of everything! Prior reviewers were not kidding when they noted that the homemade pastas are absolutely amazing! The stuffed Sombrero pasta with spinach in blue cheese cream sauce was to die for! Both the perfectly cooked lasagna and thin crust pizza were also rich and savory! Everything here was absolutely perfect! And the owner is so sweet! We had the pescado carpaccio with caviar and it was amazing, sombrero spinach pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta with a Roquefort mushroom sauce, had the Margherita Pizza and fettuccine with parmesan cream sauce. Started with the Italian meat and cheese plate and the fondue. OMG. Both exceptional. 4 entrees for the five of us - meat lasagna, linguine with shrimp and lime olive oil sauce, pasta with Italian sausage, and spinach ravioli. Charming and delicious! We had an early dinner and found the place completely charming, from the sweet and efficient waitress to the decor and then the fabulous food. We had the capreses and the pesto lasagna. Though the pesto was mostly small pieces of basil (not the sort we usually have in US), it was wonderful seasoned, a cream sauce with chicken and mushrooms.
