This place is fire. Street tacos are probably one of my favorite foods and this place did not disappoint! Had the chorizo and asada tacos which were amazing, tried the burrito and theur guac as well. Was it terrible? No. Would I come back? Ehh.... probably also no. I found this place on Yelp and gave it a go due to all the great reviews but I gotta admit.... I was very underwhelmed and actually somewhat disappointed. :-/ I ordered 2 pastor tacos, 2 asada tacos, and a side of rice. I drove off and it wasn't until I returned to work that I realized they gave me beans instead of rice. I discovered this because the bean juice spilled all over the inside of my bag. I can't eat the beans, and even if I could, they didn't look very appetizing.. so that was $4 wasted since I didn't have time during my break to go exchange it. The tacos themselves were okay... for $2.50 each, sure, okay they suffice. Was it the best street taco I've ever had? Definitely not. Wouldn't even make it into my top 5 of taco trucks in regards to actual food quality, to be honest. I will say that service was good and the staff was friendly, not to mention the truck itself seemed very clean and sanitary, which is a major plus in my book during Covid times. The meat was honestly pretty bland, in my opinion. I had quite a few fatty pieces of pastor which I certainly wasn't a fan of. The tortillas were nice and fresh though! Salsa wasn't spicy which was also a plus. Meh. I mean for what's available in Sonoma, it's alright. But compared to what the Bay Area has to offer, no thanks. read more

El Coyote is a well established fixture on Broadway. We often stop and get a couple of burritos to take along on our wine country picnic. Other times we enjoy them right nearby on the grass in the park of Sonoma Square. El Coyote's food is made to order, of course, and of such high quality that I recommend whatever is your favorite, without reservation. The flavors are always rich, with plenty of high quality meats. A friend that I travel the wine country with who is a vegetarian always seems to get exactly what she likes, meatlessly! Stop by, grab something to go, and enjoy it in the beautiful surrounds of Sonoma. Tucked in quite Sonoma, is the perfect little Mexican food truck in the middle of wine country. It's two teenagers or maybe they were in their early twenties, making the food & they did a pretty good job. This is a great food truck, I go to the high school, and can't leave campus. If you text in an order from the high school they will bring it for you. I always get the same combo tacos, and I always love them. Their have been a few flukes. But overall great food The flukes for me have been missing utensils and napkins on orders, missing lime, not letting me know they didn't have the meat I ordered(I waited all of lunch and sent a senior friend over for them to tell her they didn't know what to do because they were out of Asada). I can't say enough about this place! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We got breakfast burritos and we're very specific about how we like meat and eggs cooked, what we want in them, etc. A lot of times these types of requests at restaurants aren't welcomed or fulfilled. By far my favorite Mexican food truck in town!! The little truck usually can be found across from the Sonoma Valley High School and shares space with the local surf shop. It is also available for catering gigs and special events. They make great tacos, burritos and quesadillas. I love that they offer lengua or cabesa . Not everyone in town does !!! read more

Could have used a little more flavor, you could taste they did not cook it with the pineapple. But it was still good. The drinks were also very cold.
