They also offer other French press flavor options, which is a nice touch. While Kona isn't available by the cup, they do have a house blend, other brews, and a great selection of specialty drinks. The menu is extensive, and honestly, everything sounded delicious--it was hard to choose! We ordered: * Western Omelet with ham, peppers, onions, and cheddar jack (I added spinach), served with wheat toast * The famous Wilbur Skillet -- potatoes topped with crushed bacon, avocado, diced tomato, jack cheese, and two eggs over easy (you can customize how the eggs are cooked), plus an English muffin * Hot cinnamon rolls for the table, topped with warm, sweet cream cheese frosting that they pour right in front of you. Evangelo and his wife Georgia have been in business for over 20 years. A testament to the quality of mom and pop shops. Has a diner feel that's very cozy.
