Jr. was excellent with making sure we were taken care of and made the process extremely easy when booking and talking through all the details. Not only do they offer you somewhere to host your party, they also offer amazing add on services to make this a very one stop shop! They offer numerous desserts, I got the churros and ice cream (no left overs!!!). They seriously take care of everything! It's actually pretty inspiring and makes me want to own my own venue so I can give people this experience! Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful…read morebeginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. Our guests had the BEST time; and we had a GREAT PARTY celebrating our newest grad!

We checked out the venue at the beginning of the year, loved it, and booked immediately. They had a vendor open house a couple of months later, and we picked up Dawn Dusk Coffee from that day (huge shout out to them too), which was a total hit during our wedding. We also used Second Song from their approved DJ list, and they were also excellent and super professional. Favorite things: -We were able to hire our own caterers, and access for catering setup outside the main gate was really easy. This was important to us since we wanted a mix of different foods to support our ethnic backgrounds and appease potentially picky family members. -Captain the farm cat was the best, and we'd look for him every time we were there leading up to the wedding and shower him with pets. He was also very popular with the guests during the wedding -Our guests loved being able to roam the garden and munch on the plants! -The place is so cute that it already looks ready to go with barely any decorations. I went ham with flowers from the LA Flower Market, but aside from floral accents, the vibe just comes with the place! -Hannah was prompt and responsive to all email questions, and Aaron was always kind and answered our random questions when we'd see him onsite. -The onsite bartenders and security person they provided during the event were all really nice and friendly. I was starting to get overwhelmed during the packing up process, and they were patient and reassured us we were doing just fine on timing. -We were able to bring in and store the majority of our items the day before our wedding, which helped a lot with setup on the actual day. Heads up: -Depending on the date you book, your event has to end either by 8pm or 10pm. Make sure you ask them about the end time of the specific date you have in mind because you don't get to choose. The date we wanted ended up having an end time of 8 pm, which were were initially bummed about, but it turned out for the better because we started a bit earlier, and we were able to fully enjoy the cuteness of the place with lots of light. Also, there was still some light left when were started packing up, which made things easier. -Read the FAQ page that they send after you book. It's really thorough and answered a lot of the questions I had, so I didn't have to bug Hannah about them. -The booking/contract execution can feel a little informal, especially if you're paying in cash, but they are honest people, and there's nothing to worry about. I'm always concerned about getting screwed by people over contracts, but everything worked out fine, and they also promptly returned our deposit after the event. -You will not be able to blast music throughout the venue, but that was fine for us because we're noise-sensitive people. If you're actually at the dance floor, the music volume is plenty loud for dancing vibes, and everywhere else you get a comfortable ambient volume level. Thanks again to the Riverbed Farm team! So many of our guests said that the venue was beautiful and that they had a great time. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a charming and easily customizable wedding experience.

As well as an assistant of sorts but not a planner, they'll just make sure everything is running smoothly, like parking, trash, ect so if you need a planner make sure you hire one!
