We called the office and explained the situation and they were willing to work with us, at least to get a downstairs unit because there are no elevators in this resort. We eventually got a downstairs mobility unit and we were really appreciative of the staff who were so supportive and accommodating. Although this resort is kinda dated, this mobility unit was very nice and well thought out. The bathroom, kitchen, dining table, etc. were designed with a person in wheelchair in mind. The front porch was really close to the three handicap parking spaces for this building. And there is a beautiful courtyard with miniature golf available. I did not have a chance to check out the swimming pool area. This resort is also close to Disneyland and not far from a lot of different restaurants. With the friendly and accommodating staff, I think they deserve five stars.

We've stayed at many hotels and vacation properties, but have never experienced anything this disturbing. Let that sink in: **fleas AND bed bugs.** This is not a minor housekeeping issue or an unpleasant inconvenience. Finding evidence of bed bugs in a vacation rental is a serious health, sanitation, and property-management failure. Discovering fleas on top of that made the entire experience even more disgusting and stressful. A place where guests are paying to relax should be clean, sanitary, and safe. Instead, we were left worrying about being bitten, what we might have brought home, and whether our belongings had been exposed. The last thing anyone should have to do after a vacation is worry about transporting bed bugs or fleas back into their home. What is especially unacceptable is that basic inspection and housekeeping procedures should have caught a problem like this before guests were put in the room. Guests should not have to discover an infestation themselves. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here think twice and thoroughly inspect the room and their belongings before unpacking. I certainly did not expect to have to treat a vacation stay like an infestation investigation. WorldMark/Dolphins Cove needs to take this seriously. This isn't about a stained towel or a room that wasn't perfectly clean. Bed bugs and fleas are an entirely different level of failure.

The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had some snack snacks and water while you were there. They were very straightforward and honest about the amount of time that you spend here listening to what they have to offer. For us that we travel a lot for our work and we are able to join each other's work travel because we can work remote as well it just doesn't make much sense. By the end of the presentation, they gave us some vouchers for hotel stay which we proceeded to follow through with the steps. This is the part where they lose the one star. It is a little deceiving as you do not stay in one of their properties. For us that is still okay. You have to jump through some hoops and some back-and-forth communication with that third-party company that arranges a stay. You have to provide two different dates that you could travel to that property just in case you're not able to get the first one. We decided to choose Waikiki and I bought the plane tickets right away for the first date with Delta which allows you to change the date without fees. They are supposed to confirm 30 days before the date whether you will be able to go or not. They were not responding to us. My boyfriend had to escalated it for us to get a response. When we finally heard back, they claimed that they had been trying to contact us to confirm, but that is not true. We had been checking our emails and phone and they did not attempt to contact us and my boyfriend called them out. After this slight inconvenience, they apologised and confirmed our stay. They provided us the hotel name and a legit confirmation number which we validated. We are planning to travel there next week so we will find out how that goes.

Vino Bello, for example, in Napa, is gorgeous.. and we love all the locations we commonly visit. I'm planning my next 5 trips already, to Hawaii, Napa, San Fran, San Diego and Palm Springs.. and I use my Shell Vacations Club points for everything from airfare, rental car, food, entertainment - I actually keep track of money I spend outside of my points, and if I spend more than my points allow, that tells me it's time to buy more points! Seriously! I think people who don't like it aren't actually using it to it's full capacity. IMO, but I love my Shell Vacations Club.. We've been to Hawaii 8 times, Napa, San Fran, San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson, and I used my points in full, every single year, and then get them back to use again.. my vacation 401V!! Sometimes the parking in the front fills up but they have another huge parking lot in the back. Parking is $15/night and they give you a placard you put on your dash. The front desk workers were so pleasant. It was a nice quick stay!
