Shredded pork, sliced avo and super awesome bread. So good n filling. Love his verde sauce. It's got kick. Had a cold Terminal Gravity IPA. Also chips and salsa. Great service. Couple big tv's. Very bad service. Employees only cared about those they liked. Owners only care about money and exporting people. Many times people have been over served and sent to the hospital. If you want a safe night avoid here at all costs. The Rusty Spur is only a few miles away and ensure patrons are respectable. read more

I ordered the shredded beef burrito plate with rice and beans to go. The meal was hot and very well packaged. The food however was not great. Although there was lots of it, the beef was very tough. The burrito was pretty boring too...just the beef inside, nothing but the beef and some shredded cheese on top. I won't be ordering this again. read more

Well, this establishment changed their name to Leo's Bar and Grill and my experience there reflects the change, emphasis on the "bar". I don't believe that they are focused on the quality of the food, which is still Mexican fare. And they are definitely not focused on the experience. I had the chicken enchiladas. They were typical of unseasoned chicken meat and pretty dry as well. The rice and beans were mediocre and the beans were a bit salty, typical of what you would get out of a can. Wife had the flautas with picadillo shredded beef. With the guacamole these tasted good. But again, the rice and beans. Salsa was fairly tasty but there were too many tomato chunks that influenced the taste and texture. Chips were fairly good; thin and warm. I had a house marguerita and it was decent for the price ($7). The one value item we tried was the queso dip ($2) but I guess you get what you pay for; it was unimpressive. Decor was spartan Mexican and they had some Mexican music playing. I got the impression that they were simply checking the boxes, nothing special here. The waitress was young and inexperienced with the menu but had a good attitude. Given the prices charged I was expecting a better experience. I've been to La Laguna down the street and don't expect much better there. With limited options in this small town area the merchants are in the driver's seat and I think they realize that. But $50 including tax & tip for two lower tier meals, one soft drink and a marguerita is too much to pay here, IMO. I think they are struggling to stay in the black with both supplier prices and labor increasing over the past two years. read more

This place changed names but not owners. It used to be good but our experience today was terrible. Soggy nachos, bland mole, and one meal that had cheese on it had the wrapper from the cheese grilled into it. Everything was overpriced and they charged for bean dip or extra chips (which they don't tell you-apparently it's written somewhere on their busy menu but we did not see that anywhere cause no one looks for that and we've never been to a Mexican restaurant that charges for chips!) would definitely not recommend this place and will not be back. read more

I'm from vegas and i met the owner years ago when he worked at a different Mexican restaurant in Oregon. That place had the best Mexican food I ever ate and i longed for it from 1000 miles away in a city with 10 Mexican places every other block. When I heard he'd opened his own place in a different town I decided to visit again. I drove past his old place with a heavy heart hoping that I was not making a mistake. My faith, however, was thankfully rewarded with the first dish that I ordered. The shrimp and rice was loaded. I counted at least 14 huge shrimp in the sauce with peppers, onions, mushrooms and smothered with cheese. The flavors were exquisite and every bit as good as the memory of the other place. The tortillas were hot and plentiful, and to top it off the price was unbelievably low for a shrimp plate. I'm not sure if that's how it is in Oregon or just his place but shrimp on average costs at least 50% more in the cheap places back home. Either way you can't go wrong with this place. I'll be here for a few days and I'll sample more of the menu but I'm sure I will not be disappointed. read more

Great little family owned Mexican restaurant in an unlikely location in what appears to be an old industrial business space. Extensive menu includes both Mexican classics and specalities. We chose chicken mole, which was very good indeed, and the chicken Diablo, which hit the spot at just this side of incendiary. Meals are served with chips and salsa to start. Most are accompanied by rice, beans, a small salad and warm tortillas. There is a limited bar menu, along with beer and wine. We selected a fresh lime margarita from the margarita list and the only disappointment of the evening was this turned out to be fresh lime juice and slices added to margarita mix instead of a "from scratch" fresh lime beverage. We arrived a little before 7:00 and shortly thereafter the "joint was jumpin" with people arriving to create nearly a full house on a Wednesday evening. In spite of the demands of that, service was friendly and prompt. The space itself is bright and welcoming, with bold colors painted on the walls. If we are in Enterprise again, we would happily go back. read more

I'm giving this place two stars and not one because the waitress was so nice and we had good service. Other then that, the bathroom didn't have paper towels or soap. The food was bland not even remotely freshly made. This place is exactly like all the other bad Mexican restaurants up here. If you can find a taco truck, eat there instead. read more

Stopped here on our way from Spokane to Wallowa lake campground. Excellent food!!! We are from California so I didn't have high expectations for Mexican food out here. But the food was superb!! The service was also great. Hopefully we can stop by on our way home for another great meal read more

The food is good, the margaritas are strong and the owners simply fantastic. Could use more greenery on the plates (cilantro, lettuce?). Be sure to listen for whistling in the kitchen. If you're lucky (or if you ask), Leo may offer you a "peligroso". They serve Terminal Gravity IPA in frosty mugs. read more

We choose this place over another one in town for lunch. We wish we would have picked the other place, especially after eating at the other place the next day. We were in town on business. It was very plain Mexican fare. I had the two enchilada lunch, beef and chicken. It seemed very greasy and unflavored. The service was fine and the server was owner I think. Sadly this is the worst Mexican food on the planet. I've had far better from a food truck. I've eaten here 3 times hoping for a better result but now I give up. I'm almost positive the flautas are frozen from Costco and I hate to ask where the meat came from for the fajitas.
