First of all, great setting. Nice benches with umbrella shades sitting on green grass, views 360. Cart track is not bad at all. Only one lady working today, but very friendly taking my order while managing to also cook. Prices are good given overhead related to a remote resort location. Ordered Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, and Black Fried Rice. Unfortunately I was too hungry and it was tooo goood to stop to take the pics I intended to take. Since fried rice and spring rolls are common items. But again we're very goood, I will elaborate on the black rice pudding. It's unique to me and simply phenomenal. We weren't going to return to Khao Neaow, but it was so good a few days ago we decided to go back. This time the Ramayama chicken we ordered was cold even though we ate it within 5 minutes of getting it, (but the peanut sauce was yummy!), we ordered fried rice and said we didn't need the white rice but we only got white rice and was charged for the fried rice, however the spring rolls were amazing again. read more

Absolutely delicious food, definitely would recommend. There are only two ladies working in there, so might take a little while for the food to come out but it is worth the wait. If you are up here and it's not too busy, you should visit this cute little cart. read more

I'm just appalled at this establishment with their service! I visited on Saturday June 15th while I was on family vacation from western Oregon. This was about 12:30-1:00 after they JUST opened. I walked up to the window waiting to have someone take my order. There were two ladies working and both of them walked by the window several times and never said "hey I'll be right with you, or not even a hello. I stood at that window for 10 minutes and was just about ready to say something, then the Asian lady came to the window, slammed to window down and said "we're closed." They just opened, and they decided to tell me this after waiting all of that time. Her dimeter was so rude that I just couldn't believe it. What about saying something like "can you come back in 30 minutes," or "I'm sorry I can't take any orders right now, but nope. They're are way to many other establishments around that give good customer service and I'm sure with just as good of food. I will never attempt to give this place by business ever the next time I visit Joseph again. read more

Possibly the best thai food I have had in oregon. After numerous underwhelming meals around joseph, this was the best meal! Sampler appetizer plate had fresh made pot stickers and spring rolls. Salad rolls and peanut sauce were freshly rolled! And the lemon grass chicken was amazing. read more

I was in line yesterday with no one in line I had my card out ready to order when one of the two old women looked at me and I said I have not ordered yet. She just looked at me turned around and continued cutting her vegetables. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and realized they didn't want my business. Was it the color of my skin? It's sad because I'm Asian like them. It's sad because there are some Asians out there that discriminate against other Asians. I guess these old women are from that generation. I don't know but I guess I'll go somewhere else that wants my business read more

Location Moved!! This place is amazing but it's a food cart in the parking lot of the go-cart place across the street from the Flying Arrow Resort, not where Yelp shows it. Burrito sized salad rolls and perfectly steamed veggies and shrimp. Also the best pad Thai I've ever had. Better than my favorite Thai place at home and we have a lot to choose from! HUGE spring rolls that could be a meal in themselves. Drunken noodles had a great flavor and very fresh veggies. Lemongrass chicken was really good with high quality marinaded chicken. Dessert was a delicious Thai rice pudding. We ate until we were so full we couldn't eat anymore. Highly recommend! read more

The food was better than most Thai restaurants in Portland. You need to be a bit patient since she is only one woman, but we loved the experience. The owner brought our food out on plates to the picnic tables and we gorged on delicious Thai favorites in the summer sun. Ask her if she has the Mango sticky rice dessert. So many tasty items on this menu. Not instant, fast food style, so be willing to sit and wait for a few minutes while they cook up your dish. And it's worth the expected and easy wait time as well. Crab Rangoon, chicken fried rice, Panang curry, chicken satay, are my personal favorites. Could easy here almost daily when I come out to visit. I haven't been to Wallowa Lake since I was in high school (nearly 15 years), so I was really happy to see there was a Thai food stand up by the go-carts! The one woman show running it was very friendly and her portions were generous to go with the prices. The pork and shrimp salad rolls with fresh mint leafs and peanut sauce were so crispy and refreshing. I went to the chicken pad thai and it was so flavorful. It's just a little farther up the road and shares a parking lot with the go cart track. We had the green curry and found it to be outstanding. Price is very reasonable.
