What an amazing surprise gem. We were recommended to this place by the Ponderosa Motel, and we expected to find buffalo and elk burgers. But it is so much more. First...it is named perfectly. Small town feel....because it is small town, and you are greater w menu and scripture. I had the turkey open face sandwich with corn. The corn was so sweet! Pretty mediocre but typical quality for this small town. We got some burgers and they cooked them well done, so done that they were dry and it was hard to swallow. Adding insult, they were packaged in a stale bun, you know the kind where the crust flakes off and the inside crumbles. I know that food inflation has been bad for the last six years but how much does it cost to visit the grocery store and pick up a couple dozen buns each day? On the positive, the fries and tots were delicious, despite starting from frozen. And the blackberry milkshake was excellent. But you definitely get the feeling that the owner has dialed it in because the place was filthy. The condiments on the table were sticky, as well as the table, bathroom doors, etc. This place has complacency written all over it, sadly. Food is good. Called this afternoon for a pizza. Medium half & half. I asked if they could please put half in one box and half in another, I would pay for the box. She said, "I don't know, I'll have to ask". I heard her say, "they want something stupid, they want two boxes". She came back on the phone and said, "yes". When I picked it up I said, "Stupid is here", they said 25 minutes, it took 40 minutes. The place was empty. She apologized after trying to say she didn't say that. DONE. read more

Delicious food and great service. I love little diners like this. I went in on a Friday night and surprisingly not busy. I ordered take out and ordered a burger, fries and shake. It was so good! I just went to Heavenly's and got a milkshake and some ice cream cones with my family. As my mom was waiting by the window, that was left open by the very young boy who was attending it, when my mom was receiving said food the young kid said "Thanks for listening to our conversation" in an extremely grouchy voice. I have worked in the fast food industry for a lot of years and I don't think it appropriate for a child who doesn't understand how to respectfully talk to his elders at the very least to be working in such position. We are frequent customers of this place and don't want that to change but I was very unpleased with the attitude we received in such a lovely town. read more

Pleasantly surprised on a Tuesday night in Enterprise. Most restaurants were closed (end of September, maybe that's normal?). This is diner/cafe food and they do a good job. Had a bison burger with tater tots and side salad, SO had a ribeye, baked potato and side salad. The salads were simple but fresh, steak cooked to order and my burger on GF was very tasty. Personally, I will never go wrong with tater tots so yeah, they were good. It doesn't look like much, but they are doing a good job. read more

I love their burgers and other things I've ordered, however I can't give higher than a three simply because they changed their fries several years ago now and the new ones are simply awful. I try it once every 6 months or so just to see if the still have the bad fries. If they changed back to the old ones I'd have no problem eating there once a week. read more

Love this place as our previous review indicates. Updated my review based on how non-idiotic they've been during this scamdemic insanity. You can sit indoors like an actual human and not have to wear a coffee filter over your face. No one asks for your name, address, phone number, SSN and a DNA sample. It is definitely great to be out in Eastern Oregon where the people are half way normal. The family that owns this restaurant also owns the buffalo ranch just down the street where the buffalo burgers start. And amazing they are. I never add the cheese or any condiments. Just lettuce and tomato so as to not drown out the flavorful taste of these tender, yummy burgers. A bit pricey at ~ $10 but no complaints. Had a kids size ice cream cone for a buck.... they were way too nice to us as I don't look anything like a kid (although I do sometimes act like one). If you are going through Enterprise or staying overnight, Heavenly is a must stop for lunch or dinner! read more

Their food is great and so is the service, friendly and helpful! They serve elk and bison burgers and the minute we found those, we really didn't try the rest of the menu, which looked good and if it was as well prepared as their burgers I'm sure it's excellent. They also make a wide selection of prepared-from-scratch shakes which were all delicious, the only imperfect note was doughy onion rings so I had sweet potato fries after that instead and they were very good. Next time I'll try some of their salads and dinner entrees, but it's hard to beat a good elk burger! read more

We had decided to go on an adventure and stumbled upon this place. The Buffalo Burger sign caught our attention, but they were so much more. Their menu has literally everything you could possibly want! I got the fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks appetizer, the clams and chips and my husband got the buffalo burger and fries. AMAZING! After 4 days in the wilderness we stopped by Heavenly's with excitement for elk burgers and buffalo burgers. Service was fast and friendly. There were some odd patrons there. A real old diner feel with the cook yelling profanity in the back. All in all the buffalo burger was delicious. The elk burger was not as flavorful and a bit dry. Both burgers came with crispy fries. I was there today and ordered thru the walk up take out window. Although the employees were very nice, the 3 employees I seen had absolutely NO MASK of any kind on plus I stood there and watch one gentlemen make a burger. The ONLY part of the burger he DID NOT touch with his BARE HANDS was the cooked hamburger patty and the ketchup/ mayo stuff that was in the squeeze bottles. Great homestyle burger joint on the main drag in Enterprise. Hand-formed burgers cooked to order and lots of other diner-fare options. Nice establishment with good seating - nothing fancy. I had the signature burger with tots and a drink and got exactly what I was hoping for, but better prepared than I was expecting. Outside of Enterprise, this place would be typical of any city or town, but it does stand out compared to other offerings in Enterprise. If you like a nice thick grass-fed beef patty (you have to ask for it) on a bakery bun with some crispy fries on the side, then don't pass this place up. Local restaurant with community feel and pleasant service. Sits on State Highway 83 going through town, so it makes for an easy in & out. Menu is pretty diverse with over seventy items to choose and should meet most customer's tastes. Most entrees are priced just below $10. We've come here several times over the years and always had a good experience. read more

We stopped in, I thought I wanted a burger, but my inner child wanted a pizza! Problem is, we are those people! Those Gluten Free people! Lisa was very patient with us and we ordered a pepperoni, pineapple, fresh red pepper and onion GF Pizza. Give us a break- we were sneaking in some veggies! We ordered house salads too. The salad at 7pm was fresh. It was crunchy and had carrots, cucumbers, radish, tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Yum! The pizza: It came out hot! It was crusty all across the bottom! It was full of the veggies and cheesy goodness! I had barely made it thru my first slice and my spouse had 2 eaten! It was the right size for 2 to share with the salads-it was perfect! I can tell you that the reason I started doing these reviews was because_ When I go out to dinner, if someone's meal is going to be messed up-you guessed it-its mine! I found Heavenly's when I first moved to Enterprise and it became our special treat. The menu is huge for a place that never can predict their demand. Fresh veggies on the Hamburgers. You have to look at the menu to see how extensive it is but we like the Buffalo burgers, fish, sweet potato tots or fries and thier specials, but everyone seems to find a favorite. They will customize your order (within reason) and you can call ahead to avoid long waits at lunch and dinner time. The staff is always friendly and if you want something you don't see, ask because chances are you just aren't seeing it. Be prepared to pay more than you think it should be but take into account that it is a very remote location and everything costs more. It is informal, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. read more

It sure is a lofty name to live up to, but Heavenly's lives up to it. Won't win any points for atmosphere, but you don't go there for the atmosphere. You go there for buffalo and elk burgers you will irrationally crave and feel like it's almost an out of body experience when it's served.
