Best pastries in town! We went for breakfast today and it was so fresh and delicious! The staff was also very friendly. The place is cute inside with couches and some tables.

A modern vibe for a great cup of coffee! The staff is friendly, and the coffee is strong and flavorful. It's the perfect place to grab a morning pick-me-up while enjoying the beach vibe. Bonus: AMAZING croissants and empanadas!

Cream cheese, avocado toast. Barely any cream cheese honestly, and the avocado is hard as rock and unable to eat.

Ordered matcha- 10$ and it was not good. Then spent 15 on the avocado toast that was supposed to have cream cheese and barely has any, and the avocado is hard as a rock and definitely not close to ripe

Loved the pastries! Coffee was okay. I tried the dulce de leche and the caramel lattes.

    Salmon Egg Avocado Toast

Espresso and regular coffee are excellent. Ordered the salmon and egg avocado toast. Absolutely great. Eggs were fluffy and tasty.

This place is promoting their love and knowledge for coffee, unfortunately what they serve isn't what I was expecting. Just look at my cappuccino and you will understand what I mean. (Milk coffee drink with milk foam?) The food was fine, nothing fancy. The service was friendly but slow.

Went in here this morning to check the place out. It has quite a few tables outside and inside. It's nice looking, but a bit plain, especially the outside. They have a $10.95 morning combo that includes a sandwich, coffee, and juice, so we got two of those, Avocado and egg on toast, plus a Bagel; egg, and ham sandwich. They are not flexible here. We could not substitute the ham for bacon on the bagel. Even though this place prides itself on coffees from all over the world, they would not let us choose which bean to use in the bagel breakfast combo. We could not upgrade the coffee to a latte by paying a little extra. They charged us almost $6 separately just for the latte, and then did not give us the regular (mystery bean) coffee at all that was supposed to come with the combo. We waited over 30 minutes for our coffee and food. I had to go inside and get the counter boy's attention, and when asked what happened, he coldly said they were busy. When we originally walked in, there was only 3 tables occupied in the whole place, with two tables already served. It's hard to believe the counter boy didn't have any time within 30 minutes to walk out and at least give us our coffees! If he told us when we ordered that it will be 30 minutes because they were busy, that would have been acceptable. But to have us wait 30 minutes for coffee and a bagel and toast sandwich is unacceptable. On top of it, this counter boy didn't care at all--such a poor attitude. The food was good, but after that poor service experience, I have no desire in coming back.

The coffee store is located inside Costa Hollywood In the north tower main level. I visited this location today since there wasn't any coffee in the room of my air bnb. The interior is well put together as you can see from the photos taken. They have inside seating as well as some bistro seating outside on the walkway. The wait however for a cup of coffee is absurd. 40 minutes!!! The staff is slow, like tortuga slow. There were some complaints by customers that they had gotten their breakfast 50 minutes prior but never received their coffee. There's a couple other places to get coffee on the broadwalk by the beach. Maybe try one of those. We just got a Keurig for the room, made more sense. The coffee from here was fine, not Starbucks quality, or even dunkin, but it was fine.

It was fine. Nothing crazy; the coffee wasn't particularly good but it was a convenient stop on my walk down the beach.

Be careful when you're driving by because if you blink you'll miss it. It's a restaurant and they also have a section with their baked goods for sale. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I immediately walked over to the area where there was delicious baked goods in a display cafe. I had to remind myself that I had gone in there with a mission to buy cinnamon buns and to not be swayed by all the goodies they had to offer. Donuts, apple fritters and cakes were among the items trying to tempt me. The cinnamon buns came unfrosted or with frosting so I got the ones with frosting because who can pass up homemade cream cheese frosting? These were some of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had, you can taste the love they put into making them. The restaurant section was busy with people eating brunch on an early Sunday afternoon. The staff I interacted with were very nice and I look forward to going back to eat at the restaurant and to getting some other baked goods.

It took nearly 1H to get our 3 drinks and our food. We went on a Sunday morning, 10AM, we were the only customers when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and food. It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

Unfortunately, there were no baked goods out when I was there so I was not able to try anything. I am disappointed that my 12 oz latte with soy milk came out to $9. The truth is, the taste nor the demand for this place warranted such a high price point. I think I would be more willing to return if I had not paid so much for something I was not very impressed with. The flavor of ube was not really there, it was just very purple. This is just my opinion though and warrants no hate for this business. The ambiance is very cute and like I said, the place has serious potential, especially had there been any baked goods for sale.

It also seemed like a healthy place which helped to influence us in heading there. The Fresh Squeeze is located in a strip mall and upon entering you have to turn around to look at the menu on their front windows. Besides that there is a cooler for drinks, a place to order and 3 or 4 tables, a 4-top and the rest 2-tops. After looking at the menu I ultimately decided on the Fire Bird which the menu described as Roast Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese, Smokey Chipotle Aioli, Hot Diced Cherry Peppers on Grilled Ciabatta Bread while my wife went with the pressed pesto. After I had ordered mine he confirmed that I liked things spicy due to the cherry peppers on it and I confirmed that I did. Then while the sandwiches were being made, he engaged me in a nice conversation. Once our food made it to the table, I dug in. It was good as the flavor of turkey and provolone was in the front. Then the chipotle aioli added a nice bit of moisture to the sandwich and the cherry peppers added some good flavor and a little bit of heat to let you know they were there. Finally the ciabatta bread held together well and I was able to easily eat my sandwich without it falling all over the place. My wife also enjoyed her sandwich, especially the pesto and chicken on it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our food here and were happy with our choices.
