Came to celebrate a sweet friends birthday and had a wonderful experience! The staff was all so friendly and very attentive. They were also hilarious and kept coming by to tease us a bit. Super tender and delicious shredded chicken. I got corn tostada with chicken, it come with beans, lettuce, cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and sour cream. Perfect size foe me, especially after eating some chips and salsa. The salsa is very good and unique for other restaurants I have been to. I couldn't believe how much they've expanded-the Sports Bar area was not there the last time and it's perfect for larger parties. I had forgotten how good the food is. We had beef taquitos, cheese enchilada and chile relleno combo along with some margaritas and Micheladas. So good and service was great. It's been many years since we've been here and we are so pleased we came back for dinner with friends. We were able to get a table easily on a Friday night. The service was great from Sergio as he was so nice and attentive. They have a varied menu with many choices. I ordered my favorite combination plate that I usually get at our other favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Noticed that El Adobe is much pricier though. I chose a ground beef taco and chicken enchilada entree. It was delicious! The taco was crispy and flavorful and the chicken enchiladas were filled with excellent stewed chicken and covered with a nice enchilada sauce. Rice and beans were savory and nicely prepared too. I would definitely order this plate again. My hubby ordered a chicken burrito and he remarked that the chicken was delicious too. Our friends chose a chicken taco combo to share and they too loved it. It's a huge, extended place with their attached sports bar with tv screens. There are additional areas/sections of dining tables and the couple of bars make it a fun spot to go. We'll ask for a dining table away from the kitchen next time, as it was very noisy at our table that was across from it. Lots of kitchen banging noises. Would rate it overall as 4.5 because the food took awhile to be served. We will come back and we are happy that we rediscovered El Adobe. read more

The bar was clean and comfortable and the owner is very friendly. We tried a few different things that were all delicious but my favorite was the Birria tacos yum! The margaritas were made perfectly which was refreshing since it was hot outside . My sister's nachos looked delicious and she seemed to enjoy them as well as her fiancé . We had a large group come in about thirty minutes before closing time. I am writing this review with the understanding that it would be annoying to have to deal with right before closing. The service was a little rough. The server was nice but I asked hot sauce four times... each time he left to go get it before coming back 5-10 minutes later having forgot it. Additionally, we told the server that we would have separate checks, which I understand is a pain... but at the end of the meal, a manager walked up with the check undivided. It was brought to his attention that we wanted the check separated again, to which he replied, "I don't know what you ordered and walked off". The server eventually returned and divided the check when they realized we weren't leaving until it was properly divided. I got the chimichanga and the meal was pretty forgettable but tasted fine. There was nothing spectacular about this establishment that would lead me to come back. I probably would not come back. read more

The service here was awful. The woman who served us has terrible customer service skills. She acted like we were a huge inconvenience. The table next to us got there after us, ordered after us and got served before us. I had to order an iced tea twice. $4 for an iced tea and never got a refill. Luckily I had my water. Once we got our food our waitress disappeared for good until she dropped off the check. A nice little place with really good food (big portions too) ruined by one person. We will not be coming back. Javier assisted me in catering our event for forty people in July of 2025. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we hit our budget and delivered it to our location on time. The food was amazing! We didn't have one leftover item aside from the chips and everyone raved about the food. I can't speak to the ambiance of the restaurant since we did a delivery, but the next time we are in town we will make it a point to stop in and say hello. Went here with some coworkers for a coworkers birthday because this is her favorite place! It was my first time going and it was a great time. She knows the workers and owners pretty well from coming so often so it was nice to meet everyone. The staff is so nice! It's cute inside! I like how they have a bar area on the other side and patio seating. The waiter came and gave us chips and salsa. It was delicious green salsa! I decided on the Al pastor fish tacos and they were bomb. Probably one of the best fish tacos I've ever had. They pack those tortillas which I loved! I couldn't even fold the taco! I had to eat some of the inside fish. It tasted so fresh and it wasn't dense so I left feeling good. I also had a horchata which was creamy and perfect flavor. Not watery like some places.
