I am extremely hesitant writing this review because although I had an AMAZING experience working with Panos, I almost don't want him to people to discover this hidden gem. I had one computer that wasn't turning on and an old laptop that I wanted to see if I can get running to have my parents keep. I went in ready to dish out a ton of money to fix these 2 computers but to my surprise, Panos offered to inspect them both for free and gave me an extremely reasonable quote, much cheaper than what I initially expected. Panos inspected both computers, called me and told me what I'd be looking at for the repairs and also suggested I update my hard-drives to solid state to speed up the computers. The icing on the cake was that Panos was able to get me new parts at CHEAPER PRICES than what I have seen online! I almost never write reviews but I felt an obligation to do so because Panos is a genuine guy who is extremely passionate about what he does and it shows by his work! My computers are much faster, quieter, a lot more reliable! TLDR: Long story short, this guy knows his shit and doesn't gouge you on the bill. I wouldn't hesitate taking any of my electronics to him, he is extremely honest and very ethical when it comes to his work and his rates. read more

Panos is absolutely awesome when it came to fixing both my laptops. One of the laptops he fixed is about a 10-11 year old Sony Vaio , it was running extremely slow and was very glitchy and Sony discontinued them. Well he got that Sony up & running like it was a brand new laptop right out of the box. He installed a few new parts and even got it working much better & faster than when I originally bought it brand new 11 yrs ago. He did the same great job to my old laptop hp ProBook 4320s. He even cleaned it up cosmetically. Looks and runs great. He's very reasonable with his pricing and I was & still am extremely happy with his work and performance with both my laptops. I work in computer repair as well and I had a few more jobs than I could handle. I have known Panos at EKINISyS for a while. I called Panos and asked him if he had time to handle a couple and he excitedly agreed to take them on. This was a while ago but from what I remember one was a messed up windows installation and the other was a hardware problem, however I was not sure about that one since I did not test or do anything. I've brought my sister's computer and my computer to Panos and both times he helped me tremendously. The laptop (sister's comp) wouldn't boot up essentially. He was able to get it started again and got rid of the gazillion viruses her computer had as well. For my computer, it was running ultra slow. My laptop would not boot, so I checked around to see how much it would cost and how long it would take for it to be repaired. The chain store competition quoted at least 2x as much money and a 2 week minimum turn-around time. EKINISyS fixed it in a few day for a very reasonable price and was able to save ALL of my data. Great work on my computer and laptop, they got a virus, so I took them to EKINISyS Computer Service they brought them back just in a couple of days, they took the time to save all my information and files in a separate file so I didn't lose any information and installed an free anti virus for free without asking. They gave me advice and instructions how to develop a better use of my computer I recommend them because they have the best prices, and very effective work, no complaints at all. read more

We had the worst time with Best Buy and Geek Squad. Not only are they unpersonable, they are inefficient! After finding out they couldn't fix our problem in a timely manner we found Panos at Ekinisys. He was great, (What a great price!) our computer was fixed a couple of hours after he got it. Geek squad had told us it could be weeks. Geek Squad also gave us bad advice and if I had followed their directions over the phone I would have wiped my hard drive. We got great advice and service from Ekinisys and will take all of our computer business here in the future! read more
