Both Lee and Raul are an excellent teachers and very knowledgeable from their respective military and law enforcement experience. The classes are informative and have lots of good detail as well as easy to understand. They brings their respective insights into the classroom and the class time went by very fast. Time on the range was good and both were present to make sure things went smoothly and make suggestions on how we were shooting. They both patiently answered questions in class and on the range. The only negative was the class was rather large (about 16 folks), but by splitting up the rooms when it went time for some hands on learning, it seemed to work just fine. The Range Safety Officer met me at my car and actually helped me carry my gear to the range. He went over the range rules quickly, helped set up my target and made sure I didn't have any questions. He didn't hover, but he did check in a few times to make sure I was doing OK. No egos anywhere with the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. Will definitely go back.

It was entertaining, comprehensive, and the follow through (using the website to complete the process) was easy and convenient. The instructor was extremely patient and very knowledgeable - he was able to explain things so that everyone in the class understood. The range portion was low stress and operated smoothly. This is the easiest 5-star rating I have ever given.
