I don't know of anybody that steps up to fix a problem on even a new gun, much less a used one. Any place I've ever purchased a firearm would just tell me to contact the manufacturer. But Mr.X gives a 30 day coverage, even on used. They took this revolver back and fixed it at no cost to me. The whole process was smooth and painless. They took the time to return my call (I like that they put the customers in the actual store above the my phone call) and called me by name. I felt like they were ready and waiting for my son to come in for his gift. When my son came in, they helped him, advised us and let him shoot the bow in the store.
