Downgrading my review. Staccato Ranch, while a great place to shoot, is falling into that familiar…read morepattern of worsening customer experience. While they updated the calendar for New Years Day to indicate being closed, they made no such updates for New Years Eve, indicating they were open until 7P AND that they had an all day special from 9-5 for shotgun shooting discounts. When I showed up at 4P for a standard indoor lane I was told they closed at 4. No notice to paying members, no updates to the calendar for NYE (31st). This is compounded by new, untrained staff with inconsistent policies: some indicating their new electronic waiver (signed when you join, and required for guests) had to be filled out each visit; others never even nothing to ask (knowing members had already signed). It's still a great place, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. It's still a good value. It's just starting that "we're not new anymore, how much less can we get away with and people will still pay for" phase. That's disappointing... but not unexpected.

Hand made and so nice in your hands. They are super accurate. So I purchased the guns directly from them and had they shipped to a dealer locally. The process was so nice. Their customer service is top notch. They always help you out. I was able to get the handgun at a discount because of my job which was amazing. Their handguns are at a premium cost due to the fact that they are of the highest quality and hand made. It really reflects on it when you use them. They are First Responder friendly and made in America. I can't say enough of how great their weapons are and the quality that they promote. I love both the handguns that I got and they are worth every penny I spent on them. So reliable and accurate.

The gunsmith behind the counter can be a little short when it comes to questions and conversation but I guess that's just his nature. The biggest issue I have had with staff is once I carried a pistol (pointed downrange) from one stall to another beside it without it being in a case. Upon leaving I was informed that I committed a range violation and needed to pay a nominal fee. No biggie, the rules are the rules. Except the very next time I was in the pistol range, the same employee entered with a couple of other guys laughing it up and carrying a pistol in his hand. Seriously? The rules are the rules for everybody, right?

Maybe explain it before you do a body cavity search. Also, my spouse was not going to shoot but you said we had to pay for her anyway, thats 30+ bucks. So now were at over $60 for an hour, then while I was in restroom your Gustapo came over and told her she couldn't go in because of her shoes, not Crocs, not flip flops, closed toe slip ons. Yet you allow short sleeve shirts and shorts, make that make sense. My husband literally shot like 12 rounds and was so pissed we left. A fun trip to shoot on the 4th turned into a very uncomfortable situation. It made us feel like we were criminals. We will not be back. Other places appreciate their customers, less money and just as safe. By your responses to other reviews it clearly shows the customer is wrong and you are always right. Not one apology or Im sorry you felt like that. Not someplace I want to give my money to. Do better.

No one was there so it was nice to have it to myself. Pick up your loose brass. And follow standard safety rules. My only gripe is. Yes it's "indoors" but no ac. Granted, range is only $15 as long as you bring your own gear (eye protection ear protection). So basically save two boxes of ammo coming here instead of "The gun range". Which is $35 and in town but usually a lot busier.
