    My inedible Santa Fe bagel
    Nicole H.

I will not come back to this place! First time trying Einstein Bagels, I have one by my house but I always just go to Starbucks because the online ordering is easy. Today Starbucks was backed out the door so I popped into Einstein and decided to give it a try. The customer service (minus 2 people) was so unprofessional and unacceptable it makes me worry about humanity. It wasn't your typical rude people you encounter occasionally, it was the inability to read the room and work through a busy time. The young lady (orange shirt, visor hat) who was making the food was loud and obnoxious talking about customers and how she has "no sympathy for people who order on a holiday and are upset when something is out of stock". I stood at the counter to order waiting to order listening to her rant about customers. A young light brown skinned girl asked her is she should take my order and she replied "no we have no eggs it's pointless to take an order". Not once did she look at me and at least say "we are out of eggs so it will just be a minute" like any person should do in customer service. A few minutes later an older lady in a blue shirt took my order. She was incredibly kind and seemed annoyed with the young girl making orders. I went down to pay and the cashier was also super nice in our interaction. The whole time the orange shirt girl with the visor was just being unhelpful. There were online orders with bagels they didn't have and she was offering no solutions only saying to customers "I don't know what you want me to do we don't have those bagels" while pointing to the empty tray. The customer is like "ok well can I change my order" and she offered no solutions. I got to my car to eat and my $9 bagel sandwich was not edible. I paid for an extra egg white and did not get it. There was so much salsa on it I couldn't pick it up without making a HUGE mess and the bagel was stuck to the paper with all the cheese melted onto the paper. It was disgusting. I just picked the turkey sausage off and enjoyed that. Any wonder if I should try Einstein bagels is now gone. I will not be back and I hope that someone in charge (although when a customer asked for the corporate number to get a refund the young girl said "there is no corporate number ") sees this review and provides some customer service training to include how to work through busy times because calm under pressure is a skill she did NOT have. Not the Mother's Day snack I had hoped for!!!

My order was ready for pickup ahead of time and the sandwich was still hot when I got home. The sandwich itself was amazing one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. I had to leave this review mid bite that's how good it was

This was our go to spot for Sunday morning breakfast. I moved so I tried another location this past week and quickly realized why we love this one so much. We will be driving to this location from now on! lol I love to come for the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee and creamer. I also love their breakfast sandwiches and the Monday dozen special. If you come here often, I suggest signing up for their rewards program and receive the e-mails. You get a pretty nice birthday reward and the points add up quick. The spinach and bacon breakfast sandwich and the nova lox are my two favorite breakfast items. My son loves the turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a blueberry bagel. I thought it sounded weird until I tried it...it's actually pretty good! The employees are really nice, the space is big and it does get very busy on Sunday's so be prepared to wait. But they do go through the orders pretty quickly, so it's not that bad. This is my favorite location so we'll be back soon!

Went in to grab a bagel with cream cheese and left. When I got home there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel. It was almost too dry to eat. Disappointing for sure!

This spot is a regular stop for me usually as it is for their Vanilla Hazelnut coffee yummies, but when it is birthday month celebration, we can add a delicious sandwich to the occasion, double bonus. For anyone who comes here regularly I would suggest join their e-club. You earn points and get free things (such as the delicious birthday sandwich). Being in my 40s now, carbs are definitely my enemy, so I normally try to avoid them. In this case, I celebrate the chance to enjoy carby goodness of their poppy seed bagel. I especially want to give a shout out to manager on duty who let me upgrade my choice eazy-breezy. The Supernova was delicious and worth every poppy seed I will need to pick out of my teeth later. Cucumbers, avocado, cream cheese, tomatoes... and on and on. Even at regular price I think it is worth it. Mucho excellente!

Cheesy hash brown bagel a must try gourmet bagel

A bagel review- When I have that bagel craving there are two places that I go to and Einsteins is one of them. This location in particular is located inside a shopping center with Starbucks and Krogers next door. One of my favorites are the variety of SHMEARS ( cream cheese) they offer. I'm reviewing today because of this bagel called Cheesy Hash brown bagel!!!! Have you tried it?? If not you need to it is awesome especially if you like potatoes. You can add some egg and bacon on this bagel and boy you've made bagel magic. The service was good I was greeted with a smile and I asked for recommendations and was informed about the cheesy hash brown bagel. This may have been out for a while but I don't crave bagels all the time so this was all news to me. I tried the garlic herb shmear and I got it toasted. Great recommendation and now I'm letting you know so next time you can try this bagel.

Here I go with another chain review. Pretty much posting this because I've always had just amazing service at this location compared to 16 and Crooks. Also, my life pretty much revolves around the 'Spinach Florentine bagel toasted with butter and salmon schemer'!!!! One minus, sometimes have a hard time getting someone when I call ahead for box coffee. It can take 15min to brew a full box of your favlorite blend, so best to call the store before going in.

They do make a good bagel, however they ARE pricy for what they are. A bagel with cream cheese and a bottled drink was almost $7.00.

Consistently horrible service slow, rude, and incorrect orders. Einsteins needs to do some quality research on their chain locations.

Before I even got to the food, the restaurant itself made a great first impression. The property is incredibly well maintained inside and out. There's a spacious outdoor patio for Michigan summer days, along with plenty of indoor seating ranging from communal tables for larger groups to individual booths if you're flying solo. It's a thoughtfully designed space that feels welcoming no matter why you're there. Now, let's talk about the food. I'll admit something that surprised me. I've been to Detroit probably 50 times, and I honestly can't remember ever hearing about a Detroit-style cheesesteak. Judging by the walls covered in awards and accolades, though, it's clearly something they're known for. The sandwich certainly sounds like a winner on paper: ribeye and sirloin, provolone and Swiss cheeses, roasted mushrooms and peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sweet pickled jalapeños, aioli, house-made vinaigrette, all served on a freshly baked sesame roll. I mean... what's not to love? Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a turn. The ingredients themselves are good. The flavors are there. The problem is the execution. The ratios are simply off. The freshly baked roll completely dominates the sandwich, overwhelming everything inside it. The steak gets lost between all that bread, and instead of each bite showcasing the beef, cheese, and vegetables working together, the bread becomes the star--and that's not what you want from a cheesesteak. I do want to give credit where it's due. The portions are generous, and I especially appreciated that they take the time to make their own dipping sauces for the fries. Little details like that don't go unnoticed. There are plenty of positives here, and it's easy to see why Detroit 75 Kitchen has earned such a loyal following. But as someone who takes sandwiches seriously, I think this one is technically flawed. A great sandwich is all about balance, and for me, this one never found it. I genuinely wanted to love it. This sandwich lover just couldn't get behind the way it was built.

Central Park Deli was the first restaurant on the list to participate. The article said mention the ad from Troy Times or Facebook to get the 20% off your bill. Afterwards, save your receipt to turn into the Troy school of your choice. The school that collects the most money in receipts will win $1,000 cash prize. Unfortunately the employees said no, we aren't participating in that and other customers mention this and we won't honor the discount. I showed them the FB announcement where their Deli was clearly listed and they still said No. ??? This made me frustrated. My total for a wrap, cauliflower bites, and a drink was $22. No discount. False advertising and unpleasant customer service. I posted the Facebook announcement of their restaurant listed below in my pictures. On the positive side, the deli is very clean and food was delicious. Their menu is extensive with many choices of wraps, salads, sandwiches and soup. I appreciate you can customize your wrap with a gluten-free wrap and not many delis in the area have that option.

I very much enjoyed the sandwich but the value at $17 is a little much - the height was perfect but felt the overall size was a bit lacking. Also - depending on your preference, I would probably order extra coleslaw if I ordered this sandwich again, the ratio of beef to slaw was a bit lacking. The cream of broccoli was a nice accompaniment to the sandwich but was kind of salty and a bit on the starchy side. Overall - definitely a good place for a deli sandwich just a little on the pricey side - think Zingermans without the friendly service....
