My order was simple and it was delivered well. It was a great quick visit to get some bagels and cream cheese and some refresher. The ladies were very accommodating and their store looks clean and ready for the day. Lots of seats inside the store. I'll be back for more!

Smells amazing upon walking in. Very clean and I was greeted when I walked in, very friendly service. The bagles are very good. I am trying the maple French toast bagel today, it has 10 grams of protein. And it is delicious. Thank you.

Worse experience ever!!! Not only did it take 30 mins for my bagel order, it came out cold, hard and not fresh at all. The eggs and bacon were so cold, that it didn't even melt the cheese at all. Horrible experience. I also witnessed a staff member make 4 bagels for guest that were already called and gone, and she just threw them all away, such a waste. I'll never be back to this location.

Have been here a few times at this new location. If you plan on eating in, please beware that they do not seem to have any air conditioning. We came in one day on a hot day and it felt like it was 90 degrees inside the business. We always end up eating outside because of how hot it is in the building. Today, we ordered a chorizo bagel, one of my favorites that they offer. The flavor is usually pretty good, just enough saltiness to it and the spread is really good. It gives it just the right amount of spice to your bagel. Upon ordering the coffee, we noticed it tasted SOUR. We ended up asking for an entirely different drink that had no coffee in it and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Probably won't order anymore coffees from here and just stick to the bagels. Service is pretty nice and simple. Place is cleaner than most Einstein bagels I've gone to, but I've already noticed they don't really wipe down the tables.

Got the coffee and bagel combo for $8. This spinach bagel was an add on but so worth it. Perfect for a quick and easy meal in the road.

Like the majority of other people doing reviews from this weekend, I also waited quite a long time, but that is to be expected when they are offering BOGOs and there is a new crew working. Rather than concerning myself with long waits etc, I am focusing this review on the customer service and the quality of the product. This weekend we attempted to try this location twice (Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning). On both attempts they were very busy, with Sunday morning being far busier. On Saturday we ordered ahead and arrived about 10 minutes after we ordered. We waited about 10 minutes before they called my name only to tell me that they ran out of the bagels that we wanted on our sandwiches, and offered up a couple of options to choose from. About 30 minutes later, another person called my name and let me know that they were out of an ingredient for our sandwich. We opted to cancel the order, it was a pretty important ingredient :). The refund went smoothly, and the young lady did so with a smile and did her part to try to make things right. She did so well, that we returned Sunday. On Sunday we order the same sandwiches at about 10:05am. I arrived at about 10:20 or so, to a packed house! Every table was full, people were waiting in line to order and the guests waiting on orders were overflowing outside. I looked at the counter and there were no order up, so I waited. Roughly 11AM, I was called up to be informed that they didn't have the bagels (again) for the sandwiches that we ordered. I chose an alternative and a couple minutes later we received our order, an apology for the long way (along with a smile) and we on our way. We both order the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich with one egg. Even with a different bagel, the flavors and quantity were spot on! We will return, when things calm down a bit crowd wise! There isn't a lot of seating here with half a dozen or so tables. It would be nice to see some outdoor seating options when the weather warms up.

Today I can to Einstin Bageal to get a quick breakfast before work. Right away I was created by the friendly employees. I was unsure of what to get but a helpful young lady with dark hair helped me. Then they made my order quickly! A girl with purple hair gave me my order and was awesome because I had some questions about the bagels! She even recommended some drinks. So i went ahead and ordered one. It was delicious! It was an energy drink. I would definitely be coming back to this establishment

    Orders made without being fulfilled.

Honestly, a really terrible experience. My daughter (8) really wanted to try it so we ordered two bagels online and had waited about 15+mins per the instructions online. Went into the store to a chaotic situation to say the least. People everywhere standing around waiting for their orders and the staff unfortunately just standing there. I waited for about 6-8 minutes or so before -anybody- got their order, which was crazy because the place was completely packed. The whole time online orders kept stacking up. Why not turn off the online orders and handle people standing right in front of you? After waiting for about 40 minutes my daughter was seriously complaining and I went up to get my money back and we just went and had Taco Bell instead. Horrible experience.

Nice place but sub par bagels. Seemed to focus more on the bagel sandwich than the bagel itself.

We ordered the Dust Storm: a vanilla milkshake with chocolate bits, topped with a giant blondie skewered dramatically on top, plus whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate drizzle. The rim of the jar was coated in marshmallow dip and graham cracker crumbs because apparently subtlety has left the chat. Honestly, the presentation was on point and exactly the kind of milkshake kids dream about. Which is why we ordered it. My tween declared it "the best milkshake I've ever seen in my life," and honestly, that alone made it worth the stop on our mother-daughter trip. Taste-wise, it leaned very sweet for me and didn't have a ton of flavor depth beyond sugar overload. But clearly the goal here is maximal fun and aesthetic, and they absolutely nailed that. It's basically a photo op you can drink. The shop itself was surprisingly quiet when we visited in the evening--we had the whole place to ourselves--but there were games to play while waiting for our order (we pulled out Pick Up Sticks, which transported me straight back to my 90s childhood living room). The ladies at the counter were also incredibly kind and patient explaining the menu and flavors to us. If you're looking for an over-the-top dessert experience your kids will talk about for days, this is your place.

It was a thin white chocolate shell filled with whipped cream and lemon curd. The lemon curd was good. I wanted more lemon because it tasted mostly like whipped cream. The blackberry cupcake didn't have enough blackberry flavor, but the texture was good. The frosting was far too sweet and detracts from the cupcake. The carrot cake was the worst of the three. The cake wasn't spiced enough and was too dense, probably from a sugar soak. The frosting was terrible. If it was cream cheese, we couldn't taste it at all because of how sweet it was. It felt like it coated your mouth in powdered sugar.

I was super bummed they didn't have any, but we did settle for their peanut butter chocolate marble cake. I'm a personal sucker for lemon anything, so their lemon blueberry was a no-brainer. We had to take a red velvet cake bomb home as well. It's a big "cake pop" coated in chocolate ganache. It was my personal favorite! This cute little shop hasn't changed since the last time I set foot in there. The older lady working in the evening was a doll. She was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. The frosting wasn't overly sweet, but our cake slices were on the dry side. I wish at about $9 a slice they were dated, so as a consumer, I knew when it was baked.
