I had a great experience at the Einstein's on River Road in St. George and wanted to give a well deserved shoutout to Emmarie. Emmarie was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. She made the visit smooth, positive, and a great way to start the day. The food was fresh, prepared correctly, and came out quickly, but the customer service is what really stood out. Employees like Emmarie make a big difference and are the reason people come back. If management is reading this, you have a great employee representing your store. Highly recommend this location. read more

Got the $1.99 coffee, literally undrinkable. i've previously tried the caramel version and it was really sweet but not the worst and for $1.99 what can you expect. I got the vanilla version however and it was probably the worst coffee ive ever drank, literally tasted like alcohol. The staff was very friendly however which is why I am giving 2 stars read more

Coffee was awful--definitely not worth the money. Customer service was just okay; we weren't greeted when we walked in, though it looked like the staff was in a rush. Overall experience felt like a 5/10. Bagels were fine, but skip the coffee. read more

Wow, the service from these employees was terrible! They all had an AirPod popped in their ear which resulted to getting part of my order wrong. None of them greeted upon entry or when I went to order and pay. I stopped in at 10:50am on 9/26. I went back inside to ask for the doggie bagel that I ordered and they forgot. Then they returned from the back and it was rock solid hard. I do not recommend this spot. read more

Depressing and unwelcome feeling from the moment I arrived at 0550... dimly lit storefront made me nearly leave it appeared they were closed. The three employees The Wanderer - she walked around doing nothing Little Miss Bossy - I observed her doing all the preparation of orders, while rudely yelling out order names and tossing food onto the counter, while dismissing other employee and being annoyed at The Newby" who appeared clueless. The Newby - unfortunately had, or exhibited she really had no idea what was going on and only able to complete partially what "Little Miss Bossy" was barking at her. After several attempts to order and, appeared lack of training, I was over charged and upon receiving coffee and slightly burned Sausage and Egg bagel, which turned out to be only an Egg bagel, I realized I should have heeded the low Yelp rating... :.( read more

Well I'm back again and it's bad news Seems like your business people don't know what taking away butter means to a good bagel I may come back for bagels but I won't in joy sitting there eating it anymore Stupid move people No reflection on the help They do what they can to satisfy you The stars are for them read more

This shop is an atrocity to bagelhood. Operations were woefully inefficient. They got both of our breakfast bagel orders wrong, putting on 1 egg when we paid the upcharge for 2 eggs each. We ordered on the app but they never called our name when it was ready. The coup de grâce was the bagel with the upcharge for scallion cream cheese. We opened it to find a razor thin moistening of our tasteless bagel masquerading as an actual scallion schmear. Utahns should be advised that the people running this shop have clearly never been to New York and have no idea what a real bagel tastes like. Or simply do not care. read more

I've come here twice to order a simple bacon egg and cheese with cream cheese on an everything bagel, and both times took the receipt with the cream cheese I paid for, yet it hasn't been on the actual bagels I paid for either time!!! Do your job people it's easy!!! read more

The texture of the bagel tasted like dry bread. It is not a quality bagel. It used to be decent many years ago.

Stopped at Einstein's Bagels in St. George this morning and had a great experience from start to finish. Waylon greeted me right when I walked in and took my order--friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I ordered the farmhouse sandwich with a hot coffee, and everything was spot-on. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and filling, and the coffee was exactly what I needed. Service was quick, and the establishment was clean and well run. Shout-out to Waylon for excellent customer service. This is how a morning stop should be, I'll definitely be back. read more

Shrinkflation alive and well. Bagels have shrunk and quite frankly were not as good as before.

Worst managed Einstein I've ever been to. To start they were out of 4 different bagels, and had no lox. Really? A bagel shop that allows itself to run out of lox? The person taking my order got it wrong three times. I had to correct her over and over and when the order came it was still wrong. This was all at 11am when there were very few customers...it makes no sense to have this many problems when there is no rush happening. Initially I was surprised at the overall low rating of this location, but now I understand why. read more

Waited over an hour for 3 bagels with cream cheese. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time.

This location is a shit show! The only reason they make money is shear volume. The managers strategy is when too many people get in the store they tell You it will be a 30 minute wait for any food so people start leaving. The manager Christy moves like a zombie and has no control or organization for her team. Bonnie is empowered to help. There are tons of people working but no output. No one is empowered to help you. They sold me a cinnamon raisin bagel and didn't tell me until 30 minutes later that Rey had none. Seriously! We order. Turkey sandwich - one that doesn't come with onions which clarified because my husband is allergic to onions. When we got the sandwich it was covered in onions causing us to have to wait for another sandwich to be made. This was the worst experience I've ever had at an Einstein's. I can't even imagine how Christy made it to the level of Manager. She definitely does not have the energy or skill set to be one. read more

I absolutely love these bagels. There is always something for anyone. I am a big breakfast lover and my husband is more of a dinner lover. So coming here he was hesitant but he loved their pizza bagel. My kids love the twice baked hashbrowns. The farmstead was my favorite until they arrived with the maplehouse. The bagels are light and fresh. All I am saying if you love bagels- you will love this place! read more

Einstein Bros. Bagels - Asiago bagel with hardly any plain cream cheese. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Saint George, Utah

Worst Einstein's I've ever been to. I ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. My daughter got a plain bacon egg and cheese and I got the all nighter (egg, double cheese, bacon, aïoli, six cheese bagel). We both got plain bagels. Hers had just egg and cheese, no bacon. Mine had bacon egg and single cheese, but no sauce. I also got fountain drinks for us but the only options that weren't out of order was coke and sprite. So that was disappointing. Very upset I went an hour out of my way to get this. read more

Wow.... Where to begin??? Here is a business, that has shown it doesn't want to stay in business.... They are next to a smoothly run, customer friendly (not my favorite, you know the chicken place that has customers lined up in the parking lot!) and EINSTEIN'S seems like they have given up, and do not want to stay in business.... Really felt like a bagel yesterday, and just before noon, (on a Friday) we went for a bagel. Please, remember that getting to EINSTEIN'S is not that easy, but we wanted to enjoy a bagel from them! When we got to the counter we were given the "choice" of the 7 bagels left.... THIS IS A BAGEL BUSINESS???? Sorry, not sorry but this is not an exception, but the rule here.... I get closing early due to workforce issues, but it seems that's a problem your next door neighbor has figured out.... So, I ordered one of the few remaining bagels for an egg and turkey sausage sandwich, and I wanted to try a cold brew blended drink.... The sandwich was ready before my drink, so I watched as the young girl worked on my drink. She dropped the lid off a shaker can, and it dropped into my blender, so she used her hands to fish it out.... Then we sat outside to enjoy our day and eat.... How my toasted bagel and egg with sausage was COLD from my trip from inside the store to our table is beyond me, but I think is shows this company's lethargic treatment of their fading customer base, of which I am one.... EINSTEIN'S has been a favorite of mine for some time, but whoever the owner of this company is SEEMS NOT TO CARE-- As I sat outside to eat (well, 2 bites then throw away my food) I watched the endless lines of people waiting in their cars to order chicken, (short wait) being treated by employees who seem like they want to be there, having every item available on their menu's I thought about my last visit there, and the waffle fries I bought from them that were STILL HOT after a car ride home and marveled at HOW I COULD SIT HERE AT EINSTEIN'S AND THROW AWAY HALF MY COLD SANDWICH THAT WAS JUST MADE!!!!!!!! This is a business I want to love, but sadly the owner has decided it's easier to hire unmotivated employees ( I do not blame the employees as they were trained, paid by, and someone has told them not to bake enough bagels to just skim by...) I could forgive the sparse choice of bagels, and even the young girls mis-step in reaching into my drink () but what I have a tough time forgiving is the "I don't care if you are here or not" attitude that starts from the top to the bottom.... Which is where this company is going, or is clearly there.... I CANNOT FORGIVE BEING SERVED COLD FOOD My only take away is this is intentional decision by a clueless business owner, who seems just does not care that the world has passed them by.... read more

I'm very sorry to pile on with another poor review for someplace where I love the food. This place has a management problem, it's not the food, the food is great, I love their bagels, I love their sandwiches, they have great coffee, the problem lies with the attitudes of the employees, of which, I blame management, and it's not just this one Einsteins, so maybe it's corporate, but I've never been to a well run Einsteins. Always frustrating, this time, I arrived 45 minutes before closing time, and they had already put all the chairs up on the tables, the coffee pots were empty, and they were pretty much out of everything. I'm fine with the fact they were running low on bagels, and even some of the toppings, but there's no excuse to be out of coffee 45 minutes before closing time, yet they had no problem selling me coffee anyway, only for me to have to come back to them and have them adjust my ticket. The worst part is their attitudes, nobody seemed to care, they were all just wondering around, more interested in closing and cleaning up so they could go home. I blame the manager, learn to lead your team! A place that deserves five stars gets two stars from me. read more

24 mins in line. 2 bagels. 10 bucks. And my strawberry cream cheese tastes like onion. Pretty disgusting and disappointing

I walked into this place, looked around for about 30 seconds and turned around and walked out. Instead of bagels I saw little hockey puck sized somethings. Great service and great sandwiches. The brisket one is incredible! Also a cute little spot to hang out and relax.

I have dropped this establishment one star as they have changed their Monday policy of a dozen bagels for half price. This offer is now reserved for their loyalty customers. This may have been a national corporate decision made at the height of the pandemic. Good thinking Einstein (no pun intendef)! Your bulk customers were shut in, quarantined. The virus ran rampant. Many establishments shuttered...some never to return. Streets and roads sat empty. Workers laid off. Unemployment skyrocketed. Business plans and policies went back to the drawing board for a "rethink" and "redesign" to stay afloat. Free deliveries, take out , curbside pickup, overnight shipping, reduced menus, pricing adjustments. How do you keep your customers safe (along with your employees) following CDC and local health department guidelines? Lightbulb moment! Institute a policy change that limits customer participation. Who joins or creates a loyalty program during a pandemic? Better yet...when walk in trade is probably at its lowest? Right now Einstein's in enjoying being the ONLY designated bagel shop in St George, but as the county grows and people and businesses recover...competition comes. Memories are not so short customers don't remember how you behaved in a crisis. They do and they will. Retail depends on fulfilling the needs of their customers. Price inflation (gouging) and unwritten, untimely targeting your customers is not good PR. Publicly offer loyalty cards to all. Offer seniors & first responders discounts (veterans too) and POST this for all to see. Find a way to say THANK YOU to your customers rather than looking for ways to stick it to them. You indeed chose the right company name. read more

Placed my order for pickup online. Showed up at the scheduled completion time for my order to see a line out the door for new orders. I went to Order Pickup and ended up waiting for my pickup order long enough that I saw the person at the back of the new orders line when I arrived get through the whole line, make his order, pick it up, sit down, eat their meal, and leave, and I still waited an additional five minutes. During all of this none of the staff noticed I had been waiting at the order pickup for 25 minutes, none of them were proactive and reached out every few minutes with any kind of an update. And for the cherry on top, they were out of the bagel is ordered. $11.00 for a $0.20 bagel, some cream cheese and a piece of salmon on it isn't exactly a low margin business. You've got room to stock inventory and hire adequate staff. This is a national franchise and the manager of this location still can't figure out staffing and inventory in a business that is a national franchise with mountains of data needs to be replaced. This is embarrassing and unacceptable. read more
