Parking is simple as it's free street parking and there's plenty of space. I ordered the big cheese sandwich with tomato soup dip. While waiting, I noticed they have a coffee bar inside so I ordered a half and half cortado. (Half decaf, half regular with half and half cream) Nick the barista was top notch. He not only matched my vibe on learning about all things good foods but he made one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time. I will most definitely be returning here as soon as I come back to Berea. The food was absolutely fantastic and so delicious, next time I'm opting for a big bowl or 2 of their tomato soup, it was seriously that good! The ambiance inside is very nicely set up, very casual and inviting with a modern decor. 10/10 on food service and hospitality. Also on Mondays, they offer a gluten free day for those that are gluten intolerant or want some glyphosate-free products, definitely come here for that. I love how much thought and care is put into the food and coffee choices here. Definitely a foodie win in my book.

Finally does acknowledge you as your walking to the menu to order, then the employee walks away from you as your trying to order to walk away from you and continue his conversation. This being my first time trying to be a customer. Would you want to spend your money being treated this way? I bluntly asked this question when the employee finally came back from his important debate. Before I made this review I have taken these actions. 1. Called the number listed. 2. Contacted the email on the website. 3. Does there really need to be a third? A mom and pop shop amongst big corporations should treat all customers with respect.
