Another case of huge failure on the part of management. Their employee Mina is rude. Always. To the point that I won't go here anymore. She has no idea how to say please, thank you or your welcome or how to respond to polite responses. I don't like it being that personal but after multiple visits here it's gotten really annoying. read more

Very, very disappointed with Einstein's. Not only did they fail to deliver a large catering order for our baby shower, leaving us scrambling for a replacement for 50+ guests at the last minute, but they couldn't even be bothered to answer four separate calls placed to the restaurant the morning of in an attempt to understand why our order hadn't shown up. We received a phone call from the corporate office and were further let down by their resolution efforts. No accountability, no explanation, just blame shifting to their third party delivery carrier. When I mentioned that Einstein's had closed locations in our area and that I wondered if similar experiences/lack of customer service was the reason, the corporate rep quickly corrected me with a snarky, "No, that isn't the reason, but thanks for your commentary on that." Interesting, Shannon.. the reviews on this location seem to disagree. We will never return as customers and will instead give our dollar to local bakeries and bagel shops. Too many other options to justify putting up with a chain who can't take ownership or a phone call. read more

Very busy place but all the service staff and the manager had big smiles and the line moved quickly. When I was ordering, the check out person sheepishly asked if I was 55 or older... when I told her I was nearly 60, she smiled and said that I didn't look that old and she was giving me a 10% discount! I was in today, and I've been coming here for couple months now. Friendly staff, fast service, but today when I ordered jalapeño turkey egg and cheese sand which. I got sick within 30 minutes. I had to go bathroom, body aches, and chill all day after that sandwich. This was my first meal so I knew it caused it. I knew when the cheese wasn't melted and felt cold it was a sign. Hopefully, it's just a one case. Not multiple cases. I will call and speak to manager tomorrow to ensure there workers are following food safety guidelines. read more

Had breakfast this morning! Service was quick and the people were pleasant coffee hot and the condiment available. Ordered a albacore tuna salad on a toasted potato roll .... fresh tomato and lettuce on the role with lump of tuna in the center of the roll. It did not even fill out half of the roll nor was there any mayo on the roll. I "think" I asked but do t remember specifically if I asked .... its Sunday morning. 4 ounces of tuna on a sammich is not going to help me return for breakfast very often. First things first, I LOVE Einstein Brothers Bagels! It is an absolute treat when I go. This location, just does not cut it. I don't know if all the regulars are reviewing it, and they are just used to the poor service so they think it's great or what. This is by far the worst Einstein Brothers I have ever been to. Unfortunately their horrible service isn't going to stop me from going there, it's the closest one to my house so if I'm not around Northwest Hwy to go to my favorite Einstein, or off of Preston to visit the one in Addison, I come here. Every person you see here, is not happy to be at work. They all must wake up on the wrong side of the bed. I came here one morning when it was not busy at all, only four people total were inside and no one but myself was in line. I ordered my usual bagel and coffee and while I was waiting for my bagel, I went and got my coffee and found the Half & Half to be out. I walked over to the ladies who were chatting and ignoring me, calmly said, "excuse me" and asked if I could get some Half & Half for my coffee. One of the ladies walked over to me and pointed to the coffee bar, "it's over there." I replied, "you are out." She went over to the fridge and got some out of the fridge, as the other lady working there walked over to me to hand me my bagel. I asked them if they wanted me to bring them the container, and the lady said, "yes." I brought it over to her, with no thank you, and this is when I got bamboozled. She didn't pour any half & half into my cup, as I stood there trying to hand it to her, she simply took the container from my hand filled it up and handed it back to me. I shouldn't have asked if I could get a refund since I just did their job for them. Side note: I hate getting cream out of these things - if you have ever worked at a café you know how hard these suckers are to clean. They are simply disgusting if not cleaned properly and I expect 80% of cafes do not clean them properly. Then there's other sanitary issues. The place where the workers are supposed to hand you your bagels is so gross! It looks like it is never wiped down and always has bits of left over food and sticky stuff on it. I always try to briskly walk over to them before they set my bagel down so as not to get the bag it is in dirty. I don't know about you folks, but I eat my bagel with my hands, and if my bag is dirty, my hands are dirty, thus, making my bagel dirty. That's enough complaining for now. Since I have finally typed out what I think of this place, I probably am going to try and stay far away from this location. It's just nasty and the workers have a nasty attitude as well. read more

They finally added wi-fi internet! :) Service is great, bottomless coffee is awesome! Beware, on weekends, it gets pretty full. (which is a good sign, generally, but not for someone seeking study digs.) read more

The avacodo, bacon, tomato and egg white bagel was so good. i've never had that type of bagel and i was very surprised. I was very disappointed with the coffee. i had one sip and threw it out. it tasted like sweet tea. the employees rushed my friends and i out. But other then that we had a good time. i definitely will come back for the food. read more

I absolutely LOVE the team that works at this location! Just recently, I learned that they stopped making a sandwich that love, but instead of just saying they don't have that sandwich anymore, Kash took it upon herself to make me the sandwich. I was so appreciative of that! They are always (and I do mean ALWAYS) super friendly and attentive. They've always greeted me by name upon entering the shop and from just waiting for my food, I see that I am not the only one. They all have personal relationships with their customers and being that I work in customer service myself, I am extremely impressed. Kash and Mina are sweethearts and the manager is always smiling! I love that! Keep up the great work you guys! read more

Great food, great price, fast friendly service (the Cheers of bagels, a place where everyone knows your name and remembers your order), a core team that has been there for years.
