Always good bagels at Einsteins the gist of 7500 Wells Fargo bank next to Starbucks. I ordered a Spanish bagel and a breakfast bagel and a drink for $13. You can ask for the bagel to be a make flat, which is less bread ! They have outdoor seating, an indoor booths and chairs. Friendly, staff, fast and efficient. No, they used to have more products trim down a bit. If you live in California, Noah's bagels is a much better choice. read more

This Einstein's has always been on POINT!! I haven't been back in a while since I moved rather far away from this location, but I am always greeted the moment I open the door and then met with a smile by the time I make it to the counter. Alaina and Hunter are so awesome and Alaina works with my complicated order (with a smile might I add) and is just so pleasant. They both are! I love Einsteins. They are my go to for late morning meal with me and my partner. This is the location we frequent the most because of its convenience right off central expressway. The staff here are always friendly and efficient. Our go to order is the avacado toast and the nova lox (both open faced) so we can cut each and half and split it. The quality is always consistent and pricing is reasonable. The store has plenty of seating for whether you are working, eating a quick meal, or just hanging about. There is always some crumbs on the tables, but it's not a big deal. You can just wipe them away with the napkins. I have noticed some other Einsteins near my house close down and I hope this one does not. They just recently did an exterior remodeling so I'm hoping this one stays! 10/10 would recommend. It's not a 5-star restaurant, but I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews on here. During the pandemic, this spot was great for picking up a dozen or so bagels with cream cheese to-go. The owner (/not sure if he just works at the front everytime we come) is always polite, nice and patient. These bagels have been great to feed a family of 4 for breakfast during the busy weekdays. Just a note at the end of the day they run out of flavors so just be mindful of coming earlier if you want the more popular bagels. She doesn't understand how logistics works and has repeatedly sent my orders with her own drivers when I was contracted to take the order. She needs to clear communication between herself and third party delivery services because it's not the driver's fault. She has repeatedly harassed and made unethical and unprofessional decisions when handling catering orders. Was a frequent customer of this location for many many years but it has gone downhill. Not so friendly staff, incorrect order, handwritten labels in condiment station, and expensive (over $8 for 2 bagels with cream cheese). We ordered two toasted bagels to sit down and enjoy quickly before running errands. Unfortunately both were not toasted and very doughy, not even warm. My usual go-to is the lox (smoked salmon), capers, red onion & tomato on a toasted plain bagel. At $6.99, it is a meal! Coffee is super fresh & tasty. ATMOSPHERE: This is no muss-no fuss, coffee and bagel run. Good place for a quick morning meeting or to check the day's news. SERVICE: This is where they get the 4 star instead of the 5. Service here is always fragmented. This last time I went in, they had the order & pick-up station reversed. Not clearly marked and an elderly couple could not read the menu from the check out. Someone did offer to walk them down to look at the menu and then get back in line. The store in Mckinney Tx on University is a newer location, but I was appalled at the girl who took my order this morning. No welcome. No smile. Looking down like I was bothering her, then I noticed that she was on her phone texting WHILE taking my order! I asked that the bagel be toasted - never happened, light on cream cheese - amount was double what it should have been. So these things never were communicated to those making the bagels. Management needs to train further to givevalue but not created excessive costs when preparing the bagels ( excessive cream cheese) and expect proper customer service when dealing with customers - why is a customer facing employee on her cell phone when working with a customer.
