You guys not only didn't write any names on the 8 sandwiches we just picked up but then messed the orders up... you have 2.5 stars for a reason clearly. Will NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD RIGHT! read more

I should visit more often. Nothing beats a classic roasted bagel with regular cream cheese. Simple but will get you going when you just want some hefty, denser "bread" with a smear of cream cheese. service here was really efficient. The stations are manned with their own line of work, a lot of people were waiting still got my lone order in a timely fashion. Like, I said... I need to visit more. read more

I consider Einstein's a must-stop at when visiting Dallas. We were easily able to place an order ahead during my recent visit and it was ready for us upon arrival. The staff were super friendly inside and parking was a breeze. I really enjoyed the Farmhouse sandwich. Definitely stop in here if you're in the area! read more

I've gotten the All Nighter before and it rocked my world, so this AM I thought I'd get it again and I was pretty underwhelmed. Not sure if it was the quality of the bagel or the lack of bacon on the sandwich, but it didn't hit the same. Decided to try the twice baked hash browns because the picture on the website looked really good! And was very disappointed with when I opened the bag and saw this thing that doesn't taste too great. Positives-food is hot and was ready at the promised time read more

Always good bagels at Einsteins the gist of 7500 Wells Fargo bank next to Starbucks. I ordered a Spanish bagel and a breakfast bagel and a drink for $13. You can ask for the bagel to be a make flat, which is less bread ! They have outdoor seating, an indoor booths and chairs. Friendly, staff, fast and efficient. No, they used to have more products trim down a bit. If you live in California, Noah's bagels is a much better choice. read more

This Einstein's has always been on POINT!! I haven't been back in a while since I moved rather far away from this location, but I am always greeted the moment I open the door and then met with a smile by the time I make it to the counter. Alaina and Hunter are so awesome and Alaina works with my complicated order (with a smile might I add) and is just so pleasant. They both are! I love this location over so many other locations. read more

I love Einsteins. They are my go to for late morning meal with me and my partner. This is the location we frequent the most because of its convenience right off central expressway. The staff here are always friendly and efficient. Our go to order is the avacado toast and the nova lox (both open faced) so we can cut each and half and split it. The quality is always consistent and pricing is reasonable. The store has plenty of seating for whether you are working, eating a quick meal, or just hanging about. There is always some crumbs on the tables, but it's not a big deal. You can just wipe them away with the napkins. I have noticed some other Einsteins near my house close down and I hope this one does not. They just recently did an exterior remodeling so I'm hoping this one stays! 10/10 would recommend. I bring my friends to try out every time I hang out. read more

Totally incorrect order Put onions on an order for a senior who is allergic to them. None of the $19.94 order was correct. Manager picked up phone and hung up 4 times without answering. Finally reached them and she complained it was "almost closing time." Refused refund and gave me a useless "corporate" number for IT and HR issues. RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY!!!! read more

Walk in to pickup an order. 4 employees at the counter, NEVER looked up and said a word, no greeting, no questions. Just employees talking to one another. Show some professionalism. If you aren't comfortable talking to people, you need to do something else. read more

Very unhappy, I realize that things are getting more expensive and prices have to go up, which they have, but don't get cheap on the ingredients. I ordered lox and bagels that had a ridiculously thin slice of lox on both halves, like see through thin. Don't serve an item if you can't afford to make it properly. I will not be ordering this again, I may not go back at all if this is the their business model. read more

Einstein Bros. Bagels - Really? $9 and barely a thin slice of lox, ridiculous - Sandwiches Near Me - Plano, Texas

Great service--friendly and fast! Bagels are fresh and so much than other popular coffee shops.

Is it company policy to prioritize women. I placed an order at 11:00 and they had only started it at 11:15 and the guy with a beard that always wears a red t shirt and a visor decided to hand deliver an order to a women as if it would impress her. Everyone else he called from behind the counter. My order was complete even started until she left and even then the food was terribly made. read more

It's not a 5-star restaurant, but I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews on here. During the pandemic, this spot was great for picking up a dozen or so bagels with cream cheese to-go. The owner (/not sure if he just works at the front everytime we come) is always polite, nice and patient. These bagels have been great to feed a family of 4 for breakfast during the busy weekdays. Just a note at the end of the day they run out of flavors so just be mindful of coming earlier if you want the more popular bagels. Other than that, great service, good bagels, and nothing to complain about here. read more

After a short run, this was a great place to relax outside with an egg sandwich and a Blackberry lemonade. Naturally, they have a great selection of bagels, but also great breakfast items as well. This morning, I ordered the bacon, cheese and egg sandwich on a plain bagel. They were out of onion bagels. Keep in mind, that during the crisis, everyone eats outside. When entering the store, please wear your mask. read more

Stephanie, the new manager, is completely unprofessional when dealing with third-party contractors. She doesn't understand how logistics works and has repeatedly sent my orders with her own drivers when I was contracted to take the order. She needs to clear communication between herself and third party delivery services because it's not the driver's fault. She has repeatedly harassed and made unethical and unprofessional decisions when handling catering orders. Please bring back the old manager or replace her with someone new this has been going on for months! read more

Was a frequent customer of this location for many many years but it has gone downhill. Not so friendly staff, incorrect order, handwritten labels in condiment station, and expensive (over $8 for 2 bagels with cream cheese). We ordered two toasted bagels to sit down and enjoy quickly before running errands. Unfortunately both were not toasted and very doughy, not even warm. We were in a rush and did not make them remake it (didn't want to waste them either). If I'm craving a bagel I will just drive further to Shuggs or Deli News. read more

Love this location. They always have my order ready and the workers are all super nice!!! Best bagels in Plano!!

I have been coming here for years, so hope to give a balanced review. Latest visit date was 12/24/2018. FOOD: Bagels are always fresh, served up exactly as you order. My usual go-to is the lox (smoked salmon), capers, red onion & tomato on a toasted plain bagel. At $6.99, it is a meal! Coffee is super fresh & tasty. ATMOSPHERE: This is no muss-no fuss, coffee and bagel run. Good place for a quick morning meeting or to check the day's news. SERVICE: This is where they get the 4 star instead of the 5. Service here is always fragmented. This last time I went in, they had the order & pick-up station reversed. Not clearly marked and an elderly couple could not read the menu from the check out. Someone did offer to walk them down to look at the menu and then get back in line. TIP: Good place to go for pre-meeting pick up: gallon of coffee, a dozen bagels and a tub of "schmeer" for a reasonable price! read more

Everytime I come in to purchase my favorite... an indulgence really... the nova lox... they put less and less salmon. Today, they informed me they are now preparing it as closed sandwich so now we are down to one tiny slice of salmon, but for the same price. I cannot justify almost $10 for a bagel with minimal toppings. (But when I questioned the new "sandwich" the worker told me it would be more "fun" for me to eat... what??????) read more

The bathroom had poop on the walls it reminded me of a sketchy gas station. My bagel was mid.

They forgot to put cream cheese on my bagel (to go) and the iced coffee tasted horrible. Haven't gotten Einsteins in a while but not a great experience. read more

Overall I like Einstein Bagels - good food and reasonable pricing. This review is about customer service. The store in Mckinney Tx on University is a newer location, but I was appalled at the girl who took my order this morning. No welcome. No smile. Looking down like I was bothering her, then I noticed that she was on her phone texting WHILE taking my order! I asked that the bagel be toasted - never happened, light on cream cheese - amount was double what it should have been. So these things never were communicated to those making the bagels. Management needs to train further to givevalue but not created excessive costs when preparing the bagels ( excessive cream cheese) and expect proper customer service when dealing with customers - why is a customer facing employee on her cell phone when working with a customer. Why are you even allowing them to be on phones ?? read more

I stopped by Einsteins this morning wanting to grab a quick bagel breakfast on my way in to work and AGAIN they are out of the everything bagel! At 7:15 in the morning! I don't go there very often, but when I do, more times than not they are out of the everything bagel. It's because of this disappointment that I don't go there more often. l actually don't know why I keep going there except the disappointment fades from my memory. Use App to order ahead and enjoy unlimited coffee refills as well as rewards. Go to place when craving a stuffed bagel, I really enjoy the farmhouse bagel. No matter what location I go to I am never disappointed

This location has gone seriously downhill since the staff and management change. (The kids that used to run the place were awesome!) I do not recommend and will not be back. Service and quality are bad. Coffees were out the majority of my visit. My bagel seemed under cooked. Line management was bad. This location needs new management. read more
