Went for breakfast. I don't remember the exact thing I ordered , but I know it involved a bagel of my choice (I chose sesame) avocado, tomato, bacon, and egg white. I assumed the bacon would be cooked but it twas not. My avocado was not ripe so I literally didn't eat much of the sandwich. This is minuscule but the sandwich wasn't even cut in half , which is wild. I took a pic so you can check for yourself . It wasn't busy so idk what the heck. Anyway, I don't know if I would go again.

My food

If I could rate ZERO stars I would! So disappointed in This location. Been eating at Einsteins for at least 5 years and they've NEVER disappointed until TODAY!! I asked for a garden avacodo bagel. Added turkey, cheese jalapeño bagel, and cheese. 1st time, no turkey. 2nd time, had turkey but they added bacon for some reason? Also forgot cheese. 3rd time I THOUGHT it was perfect. Went all the way back to work just to see the sandwich had no eggs lmao you guys SUCK. Disrespectfully. Not to mention this is all while I'm working. So inconvenient. Did I mention I've called 4 times AFTER coming back and no answer?? Crazy work einsteins. This location is trash.

An average location. When it gets busy here things get unorganized quickly. Long lines with with food delivery drivers cutting through. Hot mess for sure. Bagels are good.

Just noticed that my review of Einstein Bagels has not been updated in 6 years! Upgraded my review to reflect the consistent quality and service. Have been to this location several hundred times. Always a happy meal. Friendly people, good food and excellent service. All good here!

Used to be good and this time and last two times I've had major issues there was this one Tweaker lady who every time I go in there seems to be servicing all these other customers and giving them free stuff like today. I went in and she gave some guy a free chocolate sucker thing but then I get my food and I get 2 burnt bagels globs of tattoo protector jelly on my shit and stuff's not even like cooked right so I would not recommend this place and I blame it on the Tweaker lady wear a chain on her pants runs around like a crazy person. The butter is like lubricant it doesn't melt "0 stars"

We frequent here often! It's quick, easy and tasty! I typically order from the app so when we walk in our food is ready. I usually arrive about 15 minutes after ordering and our bagels have always been ready! This is especially great if it's a weekend and you want to avoid a long line. My all time favorite and never fails is the all-nighter bagel and my husband will agree, it's our go-to. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. One time, a manager noticed I was waiting for quite some time and asked me my name on my order and once we realized I closed the app before the order completed it never went through, so he had them rush the order, which I thought was very thoughtful (oops on my end, in the app it actually says don't close, order processing, so don't be like me). The ambiance of this place is like your typical bagel shop. I personally like to sit in their outdoor space to get some fresh air if the weather permits.

ZERO EFFORT!!!! By far the worst Einstein location. The cleanliness and employees are questionable. Who prepared this bagel?

Finally got around to trying the Baglerito - eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, hash browns, salsa, green chilis, in a tortilla then wrapped in an Asiago bagel. thankfully I shared it as it is quite filling! I still prefer my toasted sesame bagel with butter, but may still get this occasionally. Why is it that service is bad at every Einsteins location? Never any pleasantries, always talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers, no Thank you or come again. Yet, I still go because just like the bad service is consistent the food is consistently good.

I know some of you are uneducated about the quality of a meatball sandwich & that's ok, I'm not judging so do not be offended. To begin... This is a neighborhood place just like back east , nestled in a neighborhood on the corner hidden from the strip mall garbage. When you come here, and you better, do not be distracted by the path to tasty food. It is in an older neighborhood with minimal parking but fantastic personalities, service & FOOD! Upon entry it's a time warp for us who grew up in a time that was better. This is a good Olde Fashion deli that sells great food with amazing service. Franks is a family place. Back to the real topic... Meatball Sandwich; when you ask what is the cheese that use & the owner is educated on quality be states "Provolone on the bottom, Mozzarella on top" just know you're in the right place! The flavor is top notch, added some cherry peppers to spice it up just right, bell peppers & onions are standard. Took it to go, drove about 20 minutes to where I needed to be, the aroma was teasing me, the concern of the sandwich being cold or soggy rang in my mind while driving the 17 to the 10.. I was nervous, anxious & salivating.... Opening the togo container to see the glorious sandwich! The meatballs are still hot, the sauce is holding place & the bread is still bread, not some soggy remnant of dough! Thank you for the pride, quality & tasty sandwich.

HOWEVER, after walking in on a fairly-busy Saturday, DeFalco's was not welcoming, no one greeted us, it was confusing, no clear line or organization to queue people to order/pick-up/ask questions/etc. it smelled of nothing, not food. the Denny's-like kitchen was in the back. the only thing front-facing was a few cold salads beyond the mass of people looking at menus and in general not knowing where to order or go. so it was tough to even get a looksy at that junk. i went to use the restroom before we ordered, as one does...there was a gentleman already using the one urinal, so i hopped into the stall to peepee, but unfortuntately the toilet had lots of poop stains all over the bowl. this is gross. i do not want to eat here and think about your poopy bathroom. not welcoming, not organized, too much visible poop. no, thank you. bye.
