I do feel like the panini could have been grilled a bit longer since the bread was not brown all the way through and it was a little soggy. The staff were very friendly, and I loved the vibe- a mix of old school and new in an old (but very well maintained) brick building in downtown Weston. My one note about the Cajun chicken sandwich is that the seasoning, while very tasty, is mild in terms of spice. So if you're expecting spice, you'll probably want to add some spicy BBQ sauce or something similar. All in all this place is such a gem, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Weston during a mealtime!
