Dropped in for lunch. Fast friendly service. We were seated quickly and our food came out fast. The burgers were very tasty and the broccoli salad was very good not too mayonnaisey. This place started filling up quickly. They do take reservation for large groups.

We stopped in for Lunch on Saturday, there is usually a wait but they wait goes quickly. We sat in the lower bar area, Not the Side bar. LOL The side bar offerers different food then the lower bar and main dining area. Staff has always been helpful and friendly any time I have been there. I ordered the Bloody Mary which had a great spice level but not over powering. Food wise I got my usual which is The Q, you just can't go wrong.

Not on the menu, but single cheese burger, sun Bleu cheese and add onion straws. Fries with queso side

What do you do when you work all day on a snowy night, (blizzard week) you walk to Tin Kitchen. This place is the best, serving everything from salads, to burgers to BBQ. Everything is made in house from salad dressings, desserts, BBQ sauce to their sides. They have a great staff, always ready to please. It can get quite busy on the weekends, but it is worth the wait. Believe me when I say, there is nothing bad on the menu.

Enroute to KC, we stopped off for a bite to eat in Weston. Tin Kitchen is your stop for eats and beers. Folks were getting ready for the afternoon game on Sunday, with their Chiefs facing off against the Niners. Sundays are a popular place to gather in Weston, and plenty of regulars were at TK when we got there. We could have waited for our own table, but we jumped at the first available - which was two seats at the shared table, eating with the masses. We got seated with menus, and shortly after and I ordered and enjoyed a O'Malley's Cream Ale, from Weston Brewing Company. It is a well balanced lager that is sweet with a cardamum finish. I topped it off with a single FGT (Fried Green Tomato) smashburger. The FGT is a single patty topped with pimento, topped with a fried green tomato. It was not heavy, and easy to enjoy. The side of fries was beyond generous... the fries were fine, just endless. It had me rethinking maybe should have had the mac'n'cheese or broccoli to be healthy - nahhhh. TK has a southern diner feel to it, but it does BBQ, and has a full bar. They have mocktails and adult drinks, but I would also try to enjoy the best of Weston, whether it's from the Weston Brewery Co. or the TK's very own Mean Muggin', Margie, or their What the Huck (indeed!). I would certainly like to return to try their pulled pork sandwich... well, there's always tomorrow.

5/5 Stars "Brisket, beans, and a barnload of flavor -- I'm obsessed." Let me just say: TIN Kitchen knows what they're doing. If you're anywhere near this cute little historic town and not eating here, what are you even doing with your life? I had the brisket sandwich (chef's kiss) and the pulled pork sandwich, because I believe in equal opportunity meat appreciation. Both were tender, juicy, perfectly smoky, and loaded with flavor like they've been marinating in good decisions. The beans? Absolute top-tier. Honestly, I'd write a love song about them if I had any musical talent. Fries? Golden, crispy, and copious -- like, enough to build a small starch sculpture if you were so inclined. The place itself is super cute -- set in a building that looks like it's been around since Lincoln had a beard. Rustic charm, cozy atmosphere, very "this used to be a general store but now we serve meat miracles." The staff were fast, sassy (in the fun way), and genuinely nice. There were quite a few of them just hanging out, probably in between rushes, giving the place a bit of a relaxed, low-key vibe -- like your cool cousins running a BBQ joint. In short: The food is fantastic. The portions are generous. The town is adorable. And yes, I'll be back -- probably sooner than my arteries would like.

The place has a home bar feel with the right amount of light. The food was excellent and cook to perfection. The service was delightful and attentive. We did order two beers but was carded, being over 40 made us smile but we realized her ID was in the car, so we politely got water instead. Oddly enough a table that sat down before us that I knew was servers beers without being ID , and thy are younger than us. It is wha it is and we didn't let that bother us at all.

This is my favorite place in Weston. Great BBQ and while I do need to try more than just their BBQ, it's going to be an uphill battle for me, lol. The place is always busy, clean and the service is always fantastic!

We love going to Tin Kitchen anytime we're in Weston and it's always great. The food is amazing. We love the brisket and the fries. Portions are huge and prices are reasonable. They make great mixed drinks with a lot of alcohol from local brewers and wineries. Service is always quick and friendly as well. We're usually too full got dessert, but they do have great choices made in house as well. Parking is easy on the street out front or a lot around the corner. Many great shops nearby to check out as well.

My wife and I were meeting some friends who were in the area. We were looking or a place to meet for brunch and found Tin Kitchen. At first glance, the place looks super small...but it's way bigger than you think. Tons of seating towards the back of the restaurant. Super friendly staff...and GREAT food!! Award winning KC style BBQ and more. Highly recommend you stop in here if you're in the area!!!

After seeing the raving reviews, I looked forward to trying this restaurant. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese. The sweet and spicy sauces made a huge difference in the sandwich. My husband ordered the brisket and broccoli salad, which I tried and loved. It was a fun place to try while visiting Weston. The restaurant was quaint and had plenty of seating. The service was okay, but it was rather busy, so I imagine that was why. Overall, it was a nice meal.

Consistently good food, that keeps us coming back for more. TK is one of a few restaurants that is always open in the area and has the space to accommodate large parties. Their broccoli salad is just like Granny's recipe and a fan fav with our family. You can't go wrong with anything you order, so go hungry and go often so that this gem stays open for decades to come!

Our…read moreparty of eight was seated immediately (a rare and glorious feat), and waters arrived in record time. Most of the table fueled up with coffee, while I had to make do with a Diet Pepsi--an acceptable substitute, though my Coke Zero-loving heart shed a quiet tear. The café itself is charmingly quirky, with local artwork adorning the walls--some for sale, some just adding to the cozy atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, like a neighborhood gem that's been serving up comfort for years. I ordered the Veggie Lover Breakfast (half portion, $8.99) and a side of raisin toast--because let's be real, if raisin toast is on the menu, it's happening. My husband went all in with the Weston Café Skillet ($12.99), a hearty and reasonably priced meal. Despite the size of our group, the food arrived quickly, hot, and all at once--a small breakfast miracle. If you're in Weston and looking for a friendly spot with great food and small-town charm, Weston Café is the place to be. Just be prepared to settle for Diet Pepsi if you're a Coke Zero fan.

Service was fun and quick. We tried the half skillet (no one needs a whole one ), chicken fried steak, Weston Benedict, and the meat and cheese omelet. The ambience is stylish and lively -- a little on the loud side when it gets busy, but still totally tolerable and honestly part of the energetic vibe that makes the place feel like a real KC social spot. Now let's talk food. We ordered the shrimp and grits, Korean beef tacos, and fries with aïoli -- and every single thing was delicious. The shrimp and grits were fantastic, rich and flavorful, and the creole garlic shrimp paired perfectly with the warm baguette they serve alongside it. That baguette was perfect for soaking up every last bite. The Korean beef tacos were packed with flavor -- a great balance of savory, a little sweet, and just the right amount of kick. And the fries with the aïoli? Crispy, addictive, and the perfect shareable starter for the table. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. Add in great service and a buzzing atmosphere, and you've got a spot that's definitely worth putting into your Kansas City dining rotation. Four stars from this KC foodie -- I'll absolutely be back to explore more of the menu especially that oatmeal cream pie for dessert!!!

We were hoping to take advantage of happy hour but were told it was only in the bar area (didn't say that anywhere on the website). Oh well! We didn't get any alcohol because of this though. Our server/service was very slow. We had to ask for drink refills multiple times, only after we caught the attention of our server. She was very nice but slow and not a great server. There were a lot of large groups celebrating together so it was loud, especially the table next to us who had a guest that honestly was so loud it really tainted our experience. That's not really the restaurants fault though, other than the table being so close to theirs. We were talked in to ordering the cheddar biscuits. They were...fine. They didn't really taste cheesy, more just like normal biscuits. Good but nothing super special and we wish we would have either not go them or got a different appetizer. My husband got the pastrami and it was good. I got the Korean steak and noodle salad and it was pretty good but lacked a little something to make it truly memorable. I would say there's enough noodles to make it more of a cold noodle bowl than a salad, too. We would try it again. The menu is large with variety so there is something for everyone.
