I've been through here about 3 times. Once was late morning drive thru, once early in the morning for coffee and a box of bagels to go ordered at the counter, and once mid morning for sandwhiches to go at the counter. No complaints with the 3 visits. Orders came correct, and staff was friendly and helpful. Dining area was clean and although they were busy each time, my orders didn't take terribly long. Horrible service. I've never seen a store so disorganized. You can stand at the register, order the bagels you want (that are IN the display case), and by the time they get around to you the ones you've ordered are gone. (Not kidding about "when they get around to you... you're there for at least 20 minutes even if you just want a bag of unsliced bagels... that seems like an easy order, no?) Now, I realize that they do a considerable online order business, drive thru, and in store orders, but they REALLY need to work this model out. If you do in store order and pick up, expect to be the low man on the totem pole. If this happened just once, I might be overreacting - but this happens every time we go to this location. It wouldn't be so bad if the staff actually gave a damn. I feel bad for the young man who has had to inform me each time that the bagels we ordered at the counter were now gone. The manager really needs to sort this out. If this is just a case of first come, first served I get it. But a better accounting of product might be in order, so that customers don't select from the display case only to be told "sorry, no bagels for you!" read more

Today they added cheese to hers and left the sausage off of mine when the ticket (see posted pic) clearly states no cheese on one and add a pork patty on the other. I ordered 2 specialty bagels and one lox bagel. The specialty bagels were a hit for my kiddos and came loaded. The lox bagel that I ordered for myself was excellent! Fresh ingredients and balanced flavors-- this is definitely one of my top 3 breakfast faves now. The drive thru service was fast and the staff was kind, professional and patient as I ordered for my persnickety eaters in the back. I'm already looking forward to our next visit! read more

For the past three months, I've purchased bagels for our office every Monday from Einstein Bros. Bagels. Today, my online order deducted the rewards points for my coffee, but I never received an order confirmation. I went into the store, showed that my points had been deducted, and simply asked for the coffee I had redeemed. After speaking with three different employees, no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue. Instead, I was repeatedly questioned, leaving me feeling as though my honesty and integrity were being doubted over a cup of coffee. Customer service should be built on trust and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. As a result, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I have no idea why this place has 3 stars. Every single time I come in here, everything is stocked, the coffee is fresh, and the employees are nice. This morning, my partner and I accidentally left without getting her energy spritz drink so she went back in to get it. The employee said they realized they accidentally made one of our sandwiches incorrectly and they remade it instantly and thanked her for coming back in. They have a bright cheerful inviting storefront and they also have a drive-through option. Upon entering the store, there was a good energy. They have bagels and cream cheese, they also have sandwiches and other breakfast foods such as cinnamon rolls. They have hashbrowns and miscellaneous drinks. There is a small sitting area, which is comfortable and inviting. They have a self-serve coffee bar. The service was good. The bagel was very good. There are lots of things to try here! The prices are pretty good. A classic bagel is 2ish dollars and a gourmet bagel is a little over three. A dozen bagels is just over $19 but it comes with cream cheese. These bagels are worth more than they're charging, they're very yummy! I'll be back! read more

This is not something I would typically allocate time to do however, the Einstein Bagels on Williams Drive provided one of the most unfavorable experiences I have ever had in fast food. The service is bizarre and the entire staff seem miserable because of the managers. Every time I come in the employees are being yelled at or chewed out over the smallest mistakes. The poor cashier who was taking my order couldn't get through a single sentence without the manager standing over her shoulder telling her she's doing everything wrong. I tried to order an all nighter and she overcorrected her employee and my sandwich came out wrong, it seems like bullying in the workplace. This wasn't my first encounter with the Manager Alex behaving this way. Her customer service was poor after I tried to call on the phone about a refund she was super unprofessional and rude. This place isn't that bad. They have a good menu but my experience just wasn't a good one. I ordered the Maplehouse breakfast sandwhich. And after my order I was waiting for about 15-20 min..I never heard my name called, it wasn't that busy either inside. So I asked about it and it was sitting out ready to be picked up but no one called my name lol. Apparently my ticket timed out and my payment was never accepted. So they gave me the sandwich, it wasn't hot and they made me pay for it for real this time(which is fine). Customer service just seemed careless. read more

Came to this bagel store after the anticipation of watching it built. I could hardly wait to get there. Obviously, I'm not alone with my opinion, because there was a crowd. Their service is great, cheerful, helpful, fast! Prices are good. The crowd reflects the quality of their food, it is amazing. They have bagels and sandwiches and breakfast food. They even have their own homemade lemonade! They have a coffee bar they have seating inside and outside. You can order in advance and they'll bring it out to you in the parking lot. You can also drive through. They have a point system where you can earn rewards! How awesome is that rewards on bagels! A lot of bagel options BUT... 6 to 10 people "working" (more like just standing around than doing anything) this Sunday between 12:00 and 1:00. The dining area was a mess. Stuff under tables that needed to be swept up. Tables that needed to be wiped off. Unnecessary music playing, which only added to how noisy it was in there, and most employees standing around doing nothing, with the exception of one young man that was stocking the cooler case. If you have to have a bagel from them, just order it and pick it up to go, don't sit inside there to eat. Not a good place to sit and visit over a bagel sandwich. read more

This place is garbage. Out of the 3 times I've been, I've waited over 5 minutes in the drive through regardless of if I'm the only one or not. Two out of the three times I've waited a pathetic amount of time in the drive through just to be told when I get to the window that they are out of whatever meat I was supposed to get on my bagel. So I have driven off 2/3 times I've attempted to eat at this garbage place due to employees not knowing if they are out of what I'm ordering or not until I get to the window after 5-10 minutes waiting. First visit to this new location for lunch sandwiches via drive thru. Tasty Turkey and Turkey with bacon and avocado were our choices. Asked for the turkey with bacon and avocado to be toasted. It was not. After having these sandwiches for lunch regularly in Chicago, I was surprised at the change in turkey to thin round lunch meat slices just slapped in the center on the bagel with a lot of cream cheese which made all ingredients slide out the bottom and out the center hole. May help if the sandwich was cut in half. It was a big mess and all over me in the car. It could be done much better! The bagel was nice size but that's it. Supposed to be Asiago but no hint of the flavor or texture - tasted and looked like plain. The turkey with bacon and avocado was warm but not toasted. The bacon was very very well done and little sign of avocado. Same round chunk of cold turkey lunch meat and not cut in half. Looked unappealing. No other customers in the store or drive thru so could have spent a few more minutes making presentable food!! No napkins provided. The sea salt chips that came with both were just nasty. Tasted like they were made with old fryer oil. Inedible. Very disappointed since we threw away half of our pricey lunch between bad chips and ingredients that fell off the soggy sandwich or were overcooked. The unsweetened tea was very bitter so skip that too. Maybe the safe bet at this store is a dozen bagels but it is $25 with some cream cheese. The cream cheese spread was tasty so gets one star. We have moved a lot and gone to many Einstein's and when we retired my wife said she wished we had Einstein's in Georgetown. We were thrilled and could hardly wait for this store to open, but our trips have not been up to the standards we expected. Bagles burned along the edges turns my wife off, and I was very concerned with the work bench my bagels were handled on. It looked messy with spillage from other orders and I hate having onions or lettuce from someone else's sandwich in my plain cream cheese and 6 cheese bagel. It just looked very crowded and disorganized when I watched the crew make my first few orders. We also liked being able to come in and sit and get refills on our drinks as we dined. Sadly this store seems designed for takeout only! We now order uncut bagels through the drive thru and bring them home to cut and add cream cheese and plan to continue ordering this way. I love the products but the prices have climbed a lot since we first started visiting Einsteins so I really expect a lot from what I buy these days! Went to Einstein's with my daughter today for lunch. We placed our order and there was some confusion at the counter because an employee had signed out for break on the wrong register. We had paid but because of the confusion, were asked to pay again. Because I could see the payment had gone thru on my phone, I said I wasn't going to pay again. They looked again and could see the payment, so that was fine. We got our order and took it home. I should've checked before we left - both orders were wonky. For my part, I had only asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese, which I got. However, the bagel was sliced so that the top was super thin and the bottom super thick. Is that how it is supposed to be? I don't know, but it wasn't how I would've preferred it. My daughter's order was completely incorrect. She had ordered the Chorizo Sunrise with no avocado, but she got avocado and no chorizo patty. She came home and said to me, "How weird that they would call it a Chorizo Sunrise but it not have any chorizo on it." We double checked the website and it should've had the patty. We drove back and asked if they would please remake it. They did, but not before putting avocado on the second order. We waited longer for them to again remake the sandwich. To their credit, they did offer a free pastry for our wait, but we declined. Staff were nice but you can tell everyone is new and not fully trained. The facility itself was clean and pleasant, and there are only a few tables (makes sense).
