Yesterday, Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 1pm, I had one of the worst experiences at this subway location. The woman who served us did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I had a terrible attitude, I ordered 3 6-inch sandwiches and she started preparing them with an angry character. There were other people behind me and when my sandwiches came out of the oven he started preparing the order of the people who came behind me. Well almost 10 minutes passed and my sandwiches were already cold and I hadn't finished preparing them, the whole time I spent yelling at a man named Daniel who was in the back of the store and never showed up to help But the worst thing was his attitude, his sour bad character. What I did was leave the store and better go to the pizzas that were in the same shopping center. do not go to this restaurant they are rude and ignore the curbside button. i waited 25 minutes for them to bring out my order and finally had to go into the store to get it myself. i get out to the car and the order is not correct so i had to go back into the store to get it corrected. no apology nothing just a "hmfph" bc they had to correct it. i was then told that they don't do curbside bc they don't have enough ppl working there. i counted three ppl and heard one that was probably in the back doing something or doing nothing. when i tried call the store it immediately disconnected without even ringing. i am not stepping foot in that restaurant again nor am i ordering from that store anymore. i will go somewhere else where ass know how to treat customers when they make an order. read more

I came here twice and both times were not great. First time was at 9:15am on Wednesday. Door was locked despite the sign saying open. Went back today and was informed there was no bread. When I pressed the issue I was told they do have flatbread. No problem. Then when the lady was dressing my sandwich I found out they have no onions. Not the best subway experience. read more

Subway has changed the meatball sub by adding pepperoni to it. Not a good fit. The pepperoni overpowered the taste of the meatballs. They raised the price a couple dollars also. Guess I'll have to find another sub shop. read more

EVERYTIME we go into this store they take forever. I get if there is a bunch of people but 40 mins to make 3 sandwiches is ridiculous and on top of that to make the wrong sandwich. Above average service. (Be realistic, this is fast food, not fine dining.) Treat the folks behind the counter with a little respect and you'll stand out from the usual Sun City customers, many of whom treat retail and food workers like dirt. This location is full of Sun City residents and it's been painful listening to them talk to the workers so poorly on several occasions. But even given that, this location has above average staff. They move through the lunch rush quickly and it's never an unbearable wait. My only complaint is that it is absolutely FREEZING inside here. All the time. It's so cold that my hands and arms start turning purple by the time my sandwich is eaten. read more

Have ended up there twice in the last month. (There are not that many choices on this stretch of Williams Rd.) The first time, the bread was hard and stale. The second time, it was burned on one end. I did not notice until I'd gotten them home, or I would not have accepted them. The service is extremely slow, especially considering that we were the only customers. The woman who makes the sandwiches has no short term memory. She had to ask what sandwich we wanted twice. We had to repeat the four veggies we wanted five times. She stopped making the second sandwich midway and wandered off to start ringing up, although we were clearly together. On the upside, the young man who works there is good. Trevor, (I know his name is Trevor because the woman kept calling him from what he was doing in the back to come and hand her stuff.) came and took over the sandwich making when the woman wandered away. This is, by far, the slowest Subway I've ever been to. Also, I really wish the Subways in the Austin area would start carrying avacado like some of the other Subways in the US. No avacado is a huge letdown for me! Other than that, this is just like any other Subway. Great selection and always fresh. I always prefer Subway to Quizno's. They're just much more efficient about their ordering process and they tend to get you out the door in half the time, even at this "slow" Subway. read more

Friendly, efficient, and VERY APOLOGETIC staff. The young lady who prepared my order was very good - the final order was done exactly as I asked. HOWEVER, before you start remodeling restaurants as I read in this morning's business section, you might need to stock your stores with what you advertise you sell!! I ordered FIVE sandwiches and a toasted flatbread - the store had NO avocado, NO pepper jack cheese, NO sweet onion dressing, and NO ice in the soda dispenser or "in back." Staff had just come on shift - not a very good turnover to leave a fresh staff with to try and explain shortages!! read more
